I highly recommend R&H Jewelers. Keep in mind there are about six different Jewelers inside the building. I can only speak for one jeweler because I have never dealt with the others. The jeweler you want to go to is Razmick. When you enter the front door go to the end on your right. Razmick is an older gentleman with a beard. Very nice man. I have been going to him for about 5 years. I have found him and his son to be the most honest Jewelers I have ever dealt with. They have a good selection of #engagement rings and #wedding rings. Very reasonable prices and high quality diamonds. If you see something in a magazine you like, they can make it. Very happy customer and they have never been rude. The review in reference to the female must be one of the other female Jewelers who are not associated with Razmick. They just rent a spot there. Honestly they have always been pleasant when I walked in. Never had an issue and they have armed security too. (909) 985‑6575. I promise you, you won’t regret it.

Before heading out to R and H Jewelers I called and spoke to a very sweet lady on the phone who told me they closed at 6pm. I was so excited to go engagement ring shopping with my boyfriend of 5 yrs we left work early and rushed over. I was literally a block away when I called them at 5:20 to ask where exactly they were located. A different lady picked up and in a very rude tone told us they walk out at 6 and everything was already in the safe. Upset I explained to her how I spoke to someone earlier and she said the store closed at 6. She simply restated «we walk out at 6» in a very rude and short tone. She was not willing to help us at all! R and H Jewelers gave my boyfriend and I a horrible first impression and we were extremely disappointed. Needless to say we will never attempt to go back there ever again.
