Horrible experience. Lack of commincation and organization. While waiting for hours, heard many complaints from other customers. I strongly recommend people take their business elsewhere.

One star is one too many. Their ineptitude will likely end up costing me more money. If you love getting the run around and hearing excuses, feel free to use their services. I urge anyone reading this to stay away. Learn from others’ mistakes!

1 star is ONE too many for this so called real estate company! Their in house escrow division is completely broken to say the very least! Words cannot express how unprofessional & rude KARLA «the so called escrow officer «is. She never returns emails and/​or even a phone call. They co — mingle client money!!! Which by they way is a complete CRIME! Lucky for me… They’re so stupid, that they even left a paper trail with all their mistakes & poor costumer service!!! BRE & BBB here I come with quite a hefty complaint against this shit hole establishment!

Remax Champions in Upland has one of the best Agents in the Business, Linda Bradley, she is as good as it gets, period.

this company routinely breaks fontana city code about advertising .even after being notified by city. flyers are to be handed to homeowner only not put on cars doors garage etc as it blows off and creates litter

I am taking the time to review people that I have done business with that have gave me excellent service. I purchased my home through Linda Bradley, the entire transaction was smooth and timely. Linda really took the time to explain everything very thoroughly. I made a ton of money on my house. (What a great investment) I also bought a investment condo and made great money as well. I have referred about 20 close clients, friends and colleagues to Linda and all just love her. I just wanted to thank her for such great service and for always protecting me legally through every transaction. Catherine & Al I think it’s so rude how I have I sign on my door saying «NO SOLICITING NO FLYERS». Yet I get a knock on my door and trash left on my porch asking if I want to sell my house. I guess the sign is for everyone else.

We did our research before finding an agent to sell my home. I interviewed 6 agents before deciding on Mike Hsieh from this office to sell my home. He got my house in escrow in 2 weeks! He told me how to position my furniture and stage my house to make it look more appealing, and sure enough, it helped! He even took professional photos of my home and made it look amazing! He coordinated all the inspectors and contractors for me, no headache at all! Very professional attitude and patient. Great overall experience!

Did not like with working with Vena and Daniel Rubalcaba. They did not communicate well during the transaction which cost us extra delays. They have tried to slip in costs under the radar at the last minute that the seller wouldn’t pay and instead of discussing or negotiating it, slipped them into the documents at signing, for the buyers to pay. Their ethics are not very high.
They almost completely ruined the transaction by not realizing until AFTER FUNDING that the 2^nd lien went to another company, so we had to wait another 2 weeks with the threat that the other company could demand thousands more for the 2^nd lien payoff.
Their broker has an escrow tied to their real estate company, so if they make you use their escrow because they have a short sale listing, be prepared to get high pricing and extra fees on the escrow services. Real estate brokerages should not be able to have escrows in-​house, or make buyers use them. But it happens a lot, and is unfair to buyers because they’re the ones who have to pay less-​than-​competitive escrow fees. But who’s going to do something to change the regulations on this? The Department of Real Estate does not adequately protect buyers.

I’m not sure about the whole company, but there is a great real estate agent Sonny Lee at the Remax Champions in Upland, CA who worked with us for 2 years patiently, showing all the houses we requested and spending a lot of time e-​mailing, talking on the phone and working for us. If you are looking for an agent — I would definitely recommend him. :)
