Had an issue. But they made it right. I am more than happy. It is nice when customer service is a part of your company’s core values. Thank you Baby and Teen Furniture. I would recommend this store to anyone. Good selection and staff.

After looking at the big box stores for a crib and dresser for our soon to be newborn grand daughter, we discovered that almost everything would be a 6 to 8 week wait for shipping. I came across UBTF while googling brands and called the store. Tina was very helpful and informative and seemed to know her stuff. We stopped at a big box in Upland, found something my daughter liked, then went to see Tina. We had talked about a slate colored set, and she had several for us to look at. But as we came in my daughter took a shine to the very nice cappuccino set. Tina was honest about the shipping challenges but made us feel confident she would do everything possible to get it in ASAP for us. My daughter left beaming having found THE set for her baby.

I’m surprised at the low ratings. I received excellent customer service and really like this shop. Their prices are very reasonable and the owners know the merchandise. I give this store five stars as I received excellent customer service and enjoyed shopping at this location.

I originally ordered a glider and nursing ottoman from Bergstrom’s, but things fell through and I had to order from Upland Baby & Teen Furniture. The lady I worked with was friendly and helpful in the selection of the glider.

I have nothing negative to say about this sore unlike the last couple reviews. Debbie and Tina are nothing but helpful. They made our entire furniture buying process super smooth and easy. The delivery was on time and done with such ease.

First I ordered furniture and was expecting it to be in in December, I get a phone call that a piece I ordered was discontinued. I changed my order to a different manufacture, and was told I would receive it the end of feb, I call the beginning of march to be told it will be here the end of march! And I am due in a couple weeks. It wouldve been nice for them to at least call me and tell me.

This place has the WORST customer service ever! RUDE! for the prices they charge for there furniture you think they would at least be kind to there customers. NOPE! Super rude. Guess they don’t need my business… BUYER BEWARE!!!

This is the worst furniture store my husband and I have ever dealt with. I completely regret spending our hard earned money for our first child’s crib and bedroom set at this place. They pull you in at first because they sound like they know what they are talking about but then when you purchase something they put you on the back burner! We paid for our set and accessories in full and we were told that we would not have have to wait more than 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks passed and there was no follow up from them. When I called them, they had barely put my order and would not pick it up until they got more purchases for that manufacturer! So basically the customer has to suffer for their lack of sales! They are very rude over the phone, in particular «Debbie». We don’t know if she is a worker or the owner but she is flat out rude and unprofessional. After many phone arguments with their lack of customer service people we finally got our pieces. Being pregnant it was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend them to anyone. I too wish we could put no stars! Don’t waste your time here unless you wanted to get treated like you don’t matter!
