I have the same problem. A person using the name JENNIFER GRILLO ebay account name
jennifegrill₀ located at J Bene’ Salon & Spa purchased an item from my ebay store at the beginning of the month and 3 days later accepted the delivery to this salon. This evening (nearly 30 days later) I get a notice from paypal stating there is a dispute for «unauthorized payment» and are trying to take the item they purchased and get a full refund. Just wondering if this salon is so broke they need to steal shampoo, conditioner, gel, and other beauty supplies and use them on their customers? What the heck is going on over there!!! Please take the time to lift the disputes against your ebay sellers. It wouldn’t be fair if we had to pay you out of our pockets!!! Wondering if J Bene is Jennifer Grillo? Hmmm???

I’ve pretty much utilized every service this salon offers from waxing, facials and regular hair treatments. I cannot tell you how much I love the work these women do. Shay is a hair artist and jennifer is one of the most detailed waxers on the planet. I am a customer for life

I absolutely love coming to J. BENE. The atmosphere is plush and relaxing. Everyone is so pleasant and the services are outstanding. I leave feeling like a million bucks everytime.

Salon is overpriced. Charged me $ 80 for a wash/​blow/​curl.

I moved to the DMV approx. 3 years ago and I’ve been on the hunt for a quality stylist since! I came across J Bene on Instagram when someone gave the salon credit for their hair. I recently cut my natural hair trying to give myself a break from weaves (of course it didn’t last long!) and wanted to get my weave installed, so I decided to give this salon a try. The initial installation was ok, the stylist listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy. However about a week after I got the install, the braids were loose as if I had the weave for over a month, and tracks were slipping out of the actual sew in. I called and spoke with the owner and explained to her what was going on, she was happy to see me ASAP. She tightened everything up with no problems, felt like I had a brand new install!
I highly recommend this salon, very peaceful, cute, quiet, and professional environment. You aren’t waiting for hours to get serviced and you are in and out in a matter of a few hours!

I had an awesome experience this evening at the J. Bene’ Spa! Dewaynia is a great Esthetician & she took care of all my waxing needs. This spa is so pretty inside with a relaxing atmosphere & customer service is top notch. The spa also offers hair care, facials, massages, make-​up application, body wraps, etc. I am planning to try a facial on my next visit. I left feeling very satisfied! Jennifer is the owner is she is a sweetheart!
