Heritage Siding Window and Roofing

I live in Medway, MA and Kevin and his team from Heritage just completed a project at my house. They put on a new roof and vinyl siding. I can’t say enough positive things about the experience from beginning to end. I found them online and was happy with their positive Unilocal reviews. After contacting them, Kevin called me back within an hour and set up an appointment, he was very flexible. Kevin, who is the owner, met me on Saturday because it was convenient for me. He was very informative, honest, and reassuring. While other contractors spent a large portion of time telling me how difficult my house would be to do and how bad it currently looked, Kevin instead focused on what a positive impact he could make on the house. He was very confident and proud of his work. I obtained 3 other quotes from competitors and while not the lowest price, after our meeting going with Kevin was a no-​brainer.
It is my understanding that either Kevin or the other owner is the crew leader for each and every job to ensure the highest level of quality. Unlike the high pressure national chains, at Heritage, the person you buy the job from does the work. The crew was very efficient, neat, polite, and professional. They worked despite brutally cold temperatures because they knew we were eager to have it completed. They went above and beyond to make up for a lot of imperfections that come with a very old house that people had added to over the years. They really were able to turn decades of shoddy construction and design into the best looking house on the street.
Kevin’s communication and accessibility was first class the whole way. I can’t remember to many times where I had such a great customer service experience that I had to write about it immediately. I am proud when I pull in my driveway now and when it comes time that I can afford to replace my deck, I will be giving them a call back.

I hired Kevin to replace my windows, siding, and gutters. His price was very reasonable. He was on time and very conscientious about making sure I was happy. His crew was amazing. I must say it made all the difference! Rather than dread having the work done I looked forward to it. Now I have a beautiful home and I smile knowing who I’ll call whenever I need work done. I’d be happy to be used as a reference. 6 STARS! (I know I can only give 5 but seriously this guy deserves 6)!

Excellent service and quality work. We contacted Heritage to replace our roof. They were very responsive. Not only was the quote reasonable, they were also able to perform the work quickly. It was less than 2 weeks from the time I initially contacted them to the time the roof was complete! We might have gotten lucky with the timing but we were still very impressed. We really appreciate Kevin and Richard’s honesty in choosing the shingle type and how they did not try to up sell us into extra upgrades. Kevin was also quick to answer questions I had over the weekend via email. On the work days, Kevin and his crew arrived bright and early and were pretty good about cleaning up the site afterwards. We would definitely recommend Kevin and his team to everyone.

Kevin from Heritage just left after finishing up an outstanding repair job on our siding, and I had to make sure to jump on here immediately to let everyone know how pleased I was with the work. I contacted them through their email address on the website this morning, sending pictures of some damage (due to heat from a grill too close to the wall!) to part of our vinyl siding. He responded to my email and came by within a couple of hours to match up the siding and give an estimate for the work. The cost was very reasonable, and he was back in a few hours to take care of the job. Excellent work, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend Heritage, and would certainly use them again for similar needs!
