I’m proud to say I specialize in Real Estate buying & selling but most of all I specialize in the clients needs, listening, caring and being knowledgeable to there concerns and questions.

Vacaville has been my home for ten years and I grow up in Benicia, Solano County is my Specialty area. I started my own Real Estate Team with RE/​MAX Gold in Vacaville’s-Nut Tree Plaza, this year has been so exciting.

I’ve developed my own style of working with clients. So much so that many of them are repeat clients even 10 years later. I’m known for treating my clients with respect, and delivering the level of service that makes you want to keep in touch even after the transaction!

History

Established in 2002.

I started out in the credit repair business in 1998 which lead me to the world of Real Estate. Real Estate has become a passion for me, it’s not just about the career it’s about the wonderful people I meet everyday & the longtime relationships I’ve built. I started my career in Real Estate when the market was booming but after a few years the market crashed & I had to learn to pound the pavement, really work hard for my client base. By 2010 I was working with some of the best investor groups in California in my opinion, the experience & knowledge I gained by working with these Entrepreneur’s has been invaluable. A little over a year ago I joined RE/​MAX Gold in Vacaville, it’s close to home & I enjoy working with the traditional buyers & sellers. RE/​MAX Gold gave me the opportunity to have my own team which I head called «The Black Ink Realty Team.» My team works with clients in all Solano County, Yolo county and Contra Costa County. Real Estate is my passion & people are my career.

Currently the market is changing, less short sales, less Bank owned properties & less Cash investors. It’s more of a traditional market, hardworking people looking to buy or sell. I’m the Realtor that picks up her phone, I’m the Realtor that cares about her clients, I’m the Realtor you want to sell your home or help you purchase your home. Why? Because I invest the time & care needed to build great relationships with my clients so they can trust that I’m working hard for their best interests. I enjoy building relationships, staying busy & working hard, it’s just what I do!
