Integrity Auto Collision Center was founded with the idea of a new concept in the Auto Body Shop industry.

We are an independent facility, this means we work with all insurance companies, but we do not work for them. We work for the consumer. And we fight for the consumer’s rights, our number one goal is to provide satisfaction.

It does not matter how small or big the job is, you are important to us.

We are not a regular body shop, we are all over the internet. We have a modern website, a YouTube channel with over 20 videos and 39,000 views.

We have strong presence on the social media networks and we constantly organize raffles and events.

Integrity is a great place to take your card for repairs. I was in a small car accident in a parking lot & I knew that I was going to take my car there because I had heard nothing but great things from my sister and friend who’d both taken their cars there.
My car looks brand new and I have zero complaints about their service. I would describe them as efficient and organized and loved going into their offices which have nice AC and soda and coffee. Jenny, the tall girl is very helpful and great and Oscar is awesome! They both explain every part of the process very well.

Couldn’t be happier with the experience at Integrity. Great team with great customer service all the way through. From the free estimate, to the very clean and comfortable office, to the workmanship. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
Note– The day I dropped off my car the team was having a huddle in the shop to start the day. That caught my attention because the atmosphere was set for the shop before the team started their workday. You can really see and feel the professional environment that has been built here. It’s the type of thing that brings customers back. Keep up the good work!

Just got my BMW 335i car back today and I must say they met all expectations. I was bored seeing stock bumpers on my car so I wanted to upgrade to an M Tech front and rear bumper. They also installed m3 style side skirts on my car. To top it off, I got paint restoration done on my car. They honestly put life back into the factory paint. It’s hard finding a collision shop that won’t just take your money and say good bye. The price you pay is truly what you expect to be done. Oscar the owner is very professional and listens to your concerns. If you want your car done right go to integrity auto. They do show true integrity in there work. I will come back for future repairs on my other cars. Thanks again guys! You made my birthday extra special!

After side wiping a pole, I knew exactly what team I wanted to work on my car and that was Integrity Auto Body Collison, but I didn’t expect they would go the length they did. Once the repair process began the insurance company stoped replying to emails and phones calls complicating the process, but Greg did an amazing job of attempting to contact the insurance company and made sure all the repairs were covered by them. Unfortunately after they released the car back to me I drove the car to work and it had a warped rotor so I gave Greg a call back and within an hour he had a tow truck drive approximately 20 miles to my work place to pick up the vehicle. Unfortunately the insurance company once again delayed the process but I’m sure if Greg didn’t work his magic I would of been paying out of pocket for some damage. Great team at Integrity Auto Collision Center. I found them through online reviews, dropped by for a quote and ended up using them for a simple repair to the hood. The car belonged to my aunt, who ended up in a hospice situation. When we went to collect it, we found some hood damage … even though the car just sat in her carport for almost a year with no one driving it. Jennifer from Integrity was my first contact through email and helped me through the estimate process. She also kept me informed of status through regular email updates. The entire team was very patient through the lengthy insurance issue that arose from the fact that my aunt had apparently already claimed the accident, unbeknownst to me. So, with a lot of back and forth, the insurance ended up paying for partial repairs and we paid for the rest. The simple repair turned into a month-​long ordeal of back and forth, but Jennifer kept on top of it and kept me in the loop. On pickup day, Oscar helped me fill out the final paperwork and I was out the door quickly. The repair looks great and they even detailed the inside of the car, which looks better than it has in a long time. I would fully endorse using Integrity Auto Collision Center for your repair needs and would definitely bring my Lexus or other vehicles to them.

Big Thank-​you and shout-​out to the team at Integrity… they truly represent their name in customer service, honesty, and quality of workmanship. Greg is a true professional and great ambassador for the Integrity brand, but not to leave the rest of the group out, everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous.
They nailed the delivery date and it was ready when they said it would be. They have a lifetime warranty on their work, though I doubt I will ever need it.
Just picked up the car an hour ago and if you didn’t know it, you could not tell it had been hit — the lines and curves are blended perfectly — they are definitely artists.
On a side note, I also had them do a color restoration/​wax/​detail on my older car and it looks amazing as well.
If I need body work again, I’ll be back for sure.

All I have to say is amazing! Amazing customer service which is hard to come by. This company didn’t see us as another car insurance case, but really took the time to address my concerns, delt with my insurance company, and made my car look even better then before my accident. The quality of work is outstanding, and the due diligence of asking me to come back in two weeks just to make sure everything settles good, and offered a free car wash to boot. This place really made a very stressful experience turn into a very relaxed situation. Thank you to all the people in the shop and a big thank you to all the office staff, what a great company.

This place is hands down the most honest body shop around the area. I crashed my car on xmas eve and filed the claim with geico after xmas. I went to geicos offered body shop (which had terrible reviews) for a estimate that came in at 6000 $ range. I didn’t feel good about letting this other body shop do work on my truck so I found integrity and they took over from there. Geico wanted to out non oem parts on my car but thanks to Oscar I got all oem parts. The final price for repairs was over 13 000 $ more than 2x what geico was going to spend at a cut rate shop.

I got rear ended and looked for a shop that can fix a fiberglass bumper. Unilocal gave me this shop and so I went to Integrity. My first time going there i felt the perfect customer service they have. I met the Oscar and he took care of the business for my car. He listened to my concerns and he helped me and gave me advices. Everybody else was focused on each customers they had.
After the car was done, it was so perfect and nice as if it didn’t get hit. They cleaned and vacuum my car before handing the keys to me. Now my car isn’t just fix and looking good as new, but its clean too!
I completely recommend this shop for a better, professional, best outcome for any collision damages.

Best experience I’ve had with auto body repairs.. Met Oscar to see id he can take care of my 2009 lexus isf and told to come in at my convenience, he explained the process, how much time involved and The work done was great, completely satisfied. EXCELLENT. Is all I have to say.
Oscar and the Integrity Crew provided superb service. I wanted to pay to fix my car out of pocket and he made sure they worked with my budget. I visited another collision center and they told me they’d have to do Allll of this work that I honestly felt wasn’t necessary. So I took my car to Integrity and not ONLY did they not try to take advantage of my situation, but they also did SUPERB work and they did it in a timely manner. I truly appreciate them. I had to create a Unilocal account SOLELY to give my opinion on them! Its that serious! Lol

I’ve returned with my friend to get HER car looked at and I have to say, Integrity is nothing, if not consistent!

The folks at Integrity are amazing. After having a tree fall on my car while I was working, my insurance was not doing a good job of taking care of me. I felt more help from Integrity who really cares about their customers then my insurance company.
From the moment I walked in the door, Oscar, Jennifer and the rest of the crew made me feel right at home. They kept me updated with the progress of my car & really looked out for me. I am so happy with the results & feel like I am driving a brand new car. If I ever have any issues with my car in the future I will most definitely bring it to Integrity.

I brought my car in today as my front left red light wasn’t blinking when I turn on and off the alarm. I mentioned it to Oscar and he had me bring the car in and had it taken care of right away. When I am in the shop he also threw in a free car wash.
As I was chatting with him I realized how passionate he is with what he does. How quality and work pride is so important to him and his team. In process if knowing him I learned that him and his cousin own the shop. Oscar started in this career around 20 years ago and rose from car detailer to a skilled technician himself and now owner. Wish him and his team all the best in 2015 and years to come.

I found this place on Unilocal and decided to try them out because of the positive reviews and 5 star rating. I freakin love Unilocal because they never steer you wrong. Everyone there at integrity auto collision are so sweet, understanding, and patient. They really live up to their name. If you are stressed after being in an auto accident they make you feel so calm, comforted, and welcomed like you are family. They take the time to explain the repair process to you and keep you updated on the progress. They take the time to explain the process and parts used to repair your car, and show you the work order line by line. After your car is fixed You can even leave your rental car there and have they will call the rental car company to pick it up for you. Sweet! I had an awesome experience and recommend them to everyone!
