Jim is way cool Junior down there! No BS, shoots straight at ya. I only go there anyway because he’s always the best deal. Call around, but call Jim first.

Best shop in town. I won’t go anywhere else again. Toyota takes 2.5 hours to do an oil change, so I thought I’d take my car to Jim and Keith to look at a problem with my engine idling upon stopping. They had it fixed within an hour, and for a quarter of the price I’d pay elsewhere. Most honest mechanics in town.

Went in today to see about a quote on installing a muffler on my truck. Keith helped me and talked to me about the difference between a few different brands. I told him what I wanted out of it and he had something that met my needs. He let me know they could do it on the spot in about 45 minutes. The install came out great and was a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend their services.

Hands down, best service. I went to get my smog checked at AA Smog a couple doors over and the good news is I passed. The bad news is my car wouldn’t start after… I walked into The Muffler Store and asked for help. They rolled my car into their shop on a Saturday afternoon and quickly figured out there was a problem with my fuel tank. Keith made a quick phone call, worked out the numbers and offered to have it done asap! Anytime your car doesn’t start, it’s easily a bad day but Keith kept a positive attitude and made everything easy. I came in today, Monday and my car runs like a champ now. Keith gave me a $ 20.00 off coupon, didn’t charge me for the inspection, cleaned my headlights for free, and showed me how to change the pump in my gas tank in 25,000 miles. I genuinely do not think a bad situation could have gone any better than it did with Keith at the Muffler Store. The service truly was 5 stars and you can’t beat honesty and quality people. Keith did his best, and did everything he could to help me out. Thank you feels like an understatement for how grateful I am to have my car fixed by Keith and the guys at the Muffler Store. Highly recommend for any service!!!

Friendly staff, fast service, reasonable prices. My 1992 Mazda truck blew out the muffler. They got me right in and had the job finished in less than half an hour. Thanks guys.

The only reason I have 3 stars is because my previous visit the big guy there was cool.
The short guy wanted to rip me off because I had a nice car and an expensive exhaust. Go to the other place down the road, trust me!

Hello all,
On 21 Dec 2013, I had my catalytic converter replaced… quick and easy that Saturday morning. As Dan W. put it: «Good, honest people!» Would and will recommend this place. Also, coffee was pretty good too :-)

I’ve these guys place 2 complete mufflers and a custom muffler for my H1 hummer. The work was flawless, on time, and the price was right. I will continue to use this shop. Good, honest people.

went here to get a catalytic installed about 6 months ago. the guys were nice. 6 months later I went to change my manifold and found that they welded my flange backwards. went back to have them switch it around and they said they should not warrant the work but will do it anyways. then I asked if they can add a flange to the other side of the cat. and they wanted 80.00 just to add a flange. never mind I will get it done somewhere else. while they were flipping the flange around you can kind of tell that they are not happy about doing it and seems like they were talking smack. I will not be coming back

Went in for a quick exhaust weld my old car required. Ended up fixing something else on it as well. Very cool people, would go there again and refer any friends/​family, highly recommended!

Jim was a bit under the weather the morning I required his assistance and he thought it might be from a recent visit to church… hmmm… lots of food for thought here, but I digress.
I was referred from another shop to have my car’s O2 sensor removed because it was froze up and required a blow torch to break it loose. They made short work of that task and quickly replaced it with a delivered new sensor. They also noticed my car had a very loose engine mount nut and tightened that up too!
This was a positive and entertaining experience for me and I feel my car was well taken care of. I appreciate doing business with quality people like the guys who run this shop.
I told Jim that if I came down with his bug, I would be calling him but I’ve remained healthy so he’s off the hook.
