Samantha went above and beyond to make sure my daughter’s pictures were everything we wanted and more. I’m absolutely in love with my daughter’s Senior Portraits and I know my daughter will cherish them for the rest of her life. I recommend Samantha and DigiShot Photography to anyone who has a moment that they want to be cherished and treasured.

My company is working on developing a new website, and I wanted good quality professional photographs of all my employees on it. So I called Digishots and made an appointment for two days out. Samantha was the photographer who worked with us. She had a great personality and worked with us wonderfully. She was not rushed and listened to our needs and after looking at the photos, I was amazed at what she was able to do. My employees and I never looked so good. In a couple days after our shoot, I had everything she promised and more. Thank you Digishots!

Very unprofessional!!! We started a «tummy to tots» package with Samatha. This was supposed to be pictures starting with my pregnancy, newborn, 3 months, 6 months, etc all incorporated in a book. She said it was something new they were doing and that her friend was even making her backdrops and such. Well it seems as if Nate was working more and Samatha was starting to take over the photography business more, as the first session (pregnancy shoot) took very long. He was there to guide her and explain all the equipment etc. Next shoot babies 3 months, we skipped newborn as we lived far away from them. Samatha talked to my husband about incorporating our own newborn pictures into the book. Needless to say we showed up and she wasn’t even ready. So we had to wait for half an hour until she set up and got things ready. this unfortunatly is where our package ended. I had emailed her MANY times as to posting the baby pictures on the website so we could review, pick, and even order some from her. We had no response several times and when she did responded there was always an excuse. We asked her to post the link so we could pay for the pictures, and she said that we could pay at the end when the product was done. With my prengancy pictures I bought the ones we wanted and she mailed them to us. Time and time again this is what I requested for our baby’s pictures. Finally she apologized and said to pick 10 5×7’s for free for the incovience. I did I emailed her my picks and nothing! I emailed her many times and same unprofessional response as before, she ignored my emails, and when she did respond there was always an excuse and she would promise to get the pictures to us. Well it’s been 2 years since we took those pictures and we still don’t have them. We offered to pay for them even after she said she would give us 10 free. We just want our first born pictures! I would not suggest digisjots to anyone, not worth the risk nor hassle of trying to deal with these people. I have all email correspondence of this happening if anyone is interested in reading, I will forward them to you!

Digishots photography is first class. They have a great eye for capturing the soul of their subjects.
Samantha has been a featured artists two years in a row for Empowering HeArts, a charity event. Her work is an asset to the exhibit and I would highly recommend her!

I’m so grateful to have Digishots for my wedding photographer. A few of my friends have used them for their weddings, and the pictures turned out amazing. So of course I had to use them too.
When my fiancé and I sat down with them for the first time they walked us through every step, and listened to our concerns and what we wanted. Great photographers! They took my engagement pictures and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results! We would have hired them to be our wedding photographers (with out a doubt), but as it turned out, they had already booked a wedding on the day we decided to have our wedding. The photographer did an incredible job at instructing my wife (fiancé at that time) and i during the photo shoot, as well as used a variety of angled and classic points of view to create a very dynamic and beautiful engagement album!
We received our proofs within a few days of the shoot, selected our favorite photos, and had an album done within 2 weeks! They were very timely and responsive to requests. They have a professional website for viewing proofs and making selections, as well as a studio for backdrop shoots, consulting and viewing example albums. There are many options to choose from when selecting photo size, paper, frames, album size, page layout, themes etc. Its very easy for them to create a completely custom and personal finished product.
I have nothing but good things to say about Digishots. I read the negative review that someone previously posted for them, and i can’t disagree anymore. Their review is so far off from the experience and treatment i received that it is hard to believe. Makes me think they wrote the review under the wrong name or were trying to take advantage of the company. Anyways, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PHOTOGRAPHER — 5 STARS!

Digishots put together a wedding day itinerary to help us organize our day The images were up on line with a few days of our wedding and our disc. was delivered with in two weeks… i could not have been happier. We came back from our honeymoon and was delighted to see all the wonderful images.

We selected this photographer to shoot our wedding in October 2009. The photos became available after a number of weeks beyond what was told to us. The photos were only sent to us on disc in advance of an album because of a request I made and even then my call was not returned in a timely manner. When we attempted to have our photo album created we were greeted with delay after delay. I had to go through three revisions with the photographer’s wife because she repeatedly misplaced photos in the album, used duplicates or didn’t include the photo we selected at all. I tried to resolve the matter at numerous stages informally because I wanted my wedding album. It is now October 15, which is beyond our one year anniversary and we still do not have our album because they are demanding additional payment after confirming there would be not additional cost because of their delay. Unfortunately I will have to file a small claims lawsuit to obtain my book or my money back. This is deeply saddening given that all we wanted was to memorialize the most special day of our life and instead have had to deal with excuses and an unprofessionalism. I have never done a Unilocal review until now because I think people need to be warned when you are selecting a once in a lifetime photographer for an event like a wedding, birth of a child or bar mitzvah. These are not the photographers you should hire unless you want to be delayed and frustrated after your event. I am deeply frustrated and upset and tonights final explanation from Digishots was that they are small and I should not have expected better. Now if I do actually receive my album, it will be marred with the remembrance of how hard it was to obtain. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
