The company is built based on four separate divisions; General Engineering Contractors/Excavation, General Building Contractors/Construction, Drafting and Design and our Green/Energy Efficient divisions. CCS does new construction for residential and commercial projects, tenant improvement, additions and ground up construction. CCS provides services in many areas, but one area we do not undertake is smaller scale (bathroom, kitchen, room division, etc.) standalone remodeling, we do however undertake extensive remodels in conjunction with additions and full house retrofits. CCS has been providing quality services since 1990.

Established in 1990.
As «A» and «B» licensed contractors CCS has been providing quality services to the residential, commercial, and industrial market places since 1990. In our 25 years of business we have supplied materials and labor as follows;
Excavation Division: Land clearing, site work, building pads, private roads, septic systems, culverts, water management, erosion control, French drains, ponds, pools and water gardens, retaining walls and engineered block walls and more.
Building Division: Drafting and design services, solar systems, new construction, design builds, additions, metal buildings, out buildings, custom concrete and more.

Business Owner
Owner, Michael A. Triano has General Engineering and General Building Contractor licenses, A and B License# 601 089. Mike started as a Union carpenter and worked his way up to Master Craftsman. Mike left the Union and obtained his Contractor’s License in 1990 when he started his own business. Mike’s experience in the construction industry now exceeds 35 years and he has done a variety of projects varying from custom homes and additions to restaurant renovations and new construction to retail/shopping mall and commercial buildings. Mike has worked on all phases of construction from drafting and design, permitting, site work, underground utilities, building pads, private roads, septic systems, water management to turnkey construction of residential and commercial structures and solar systems.
