History

Established in 1997.

We are a family owned business with over 45 years of combined experience. We were initially subcontractors for SEARS, installed over 1400 Air Conditioning unites all over Los Angles & Venture County.

We then ventured on our own, started building homes from ground up in Reseda, Van Nuys, ShermanOaks & CaliforniaCity.

We have 4 State Licenses, California General Building Construction License (B), Electrical Contractor License (C-​10), Air-​Conditioning Contractor License (C-​20), Refrigeration License (C-​38).
