We’ve been taking our dogs here for years. The storefront is a teensy spot in a mini mall, so don’t blink or you’ll drive by. It’s run by really nice guys and they do a very professional job. Also, the price is competitive and they make a real effort to make sure you get whatever it is you want for your dog. Most importantly, they don’t blink when we bring in an 80 pound dog — and our dog seems surprisingly happy when she leaves, so I feel confident they’re nice to her. As many nightmare stories as I’ve read about other pet groomers, that’s a big deal!

Been a customer for over a two years. John who is one of the owners cuts my dog’s hair. He always does an amazing job and is an overall great person.

All Pro Dog & Cat Grooming are awesome! They are quick to make time for your pet and have amazing deals. They are always gentle with your animal, treat them well, and are extremely friendly. I take my Boston Terrier who is an old girl, and they always are kind with her, and check in on her when she is waiting to be picked up. I also take my Persian Cat to them every few months for a haircut. At first i was worried that all of the noise and animals would scare him; but they ensure that your animal is always as comfortable as possible.

Took my Siberian Husky here for her first time and she looked amazing when it was time to pick her up. Shiny coat, nails cut down and smelling a lot better then when we dropped her off. I spoke with the owner over the phone and scheduled an appointment for the next day, he was very friendly and could tell was very welcoming. Gave me a quote over the phone starting at $ 40 but said it can typically go up to $ 60 depending on her undercoat. There were no surprise charges, what he quoted over the phone was what I paid when I picked up my pooch. I will definitely be making All Pro her groomer from now on.

Took my cat for a bath. It was very affordable and the girl who took care of my baby was very nice. I had only taken my cat once before for grooming (different place) and I had paid way more. This time I paid $ 35. Very affordable. I will go back again.

This place is Fluffy’s groomer from here on out. Came to this place a few times now and EVERY single time, my little man not only comes out looking AMAZING but he comes out so happy! Because both me and my husband work in Pasadena, And we can bring our dog to work, we have tried several places there for the convenience. All other places, my poor Fluffy comes out looking sad and not his usually self. He is always a very happy active dog and to see him like that breaks my heart. With this place he always leaves my side with no problem and comes out happy as can be. I will not be taking him anywhere else. I am also so glad they are expanding and will soon be taking in small dogs for daycare.

I have been coming here for over 3 years now and every time I bring my dog Sam in he leaves happy ear to ear smiles they really are animal lovers I can sense that and so can Sam. Congratulations on the new addition and keep up the good work! by the way Sam looks amazing

I brought my cats in today and I was so surprised that people are so nice and friendly in so small place according to the other pet’s spa. The girl who was taking care of my two beloved kitties was very very nice and I noticed she liked my pets! She asked their names and she was hugging and kissing my kitties!!!
Speaking of prices, it is very affordable for me even having two cats.
I will recommend this spa — All Pro Dog and Cat Grooming to anyone who wants to get great care of your pets!!!

We could not give higher praise to this grooming shop, which we accidentally found by virtue of looking for a more convenient time & place to have our dogs teeth cleaned. We use the «Smile Specialist» mobile vet service (800−718−8597), to move our regular Tuesday appt. to Friday, 1÷8÷2016, the day they meet at All Pro Dog & Cat Grooming. Caitlin, the hygienist for «Smile…», could not have been more competent with her thorough explanation of Evita Floresita’s dental concerns. (Evita is a gorgeous, well-​behaved, 9 yr. old, long-​haired Chihuahua who couldn’t be more charming…)
On our way out of the shop after the dental cleaning, my husband happened to stop by the grooming section to ask about the cost of bathing Evita (whose fur had become thickly matted despite almost daily care). The cost was $ 25 for complete washing & drying, including trimming all their toes & cleaning their anal glands; the staff was very caring & reported that Evita was a good dog. Her fur was in unbelievable condition: thinned out, perfectly groomed, her long plumed tail twirled up in the air with confidence – what a beauty! We plan to take her there monthly for regular grooming from now on. She loved it & deserves it!

This is a great place to take cats for grooming. I’ve taken my cat 3 times because he develops matted hair since he’s a long haired breed. The first 2 times he went in just to have his matts brushed out/​shaved since I was not comfortable yet with him getting a bath/​lion cut. The third time I decided to have him get a lion cut. Upon arriving, my cat was very friendly with the groomer which made me feel at ease that he was in good hands. I dropped him off at 10am and picked him up at 3pm. The only thing is that I wished I could have picked him up sooner but there were other cats there before him. When picking him up, the groomer talked to me about how he did and also mentioned that he got cut on his leg from behind. I saw the cut but it’s been healed since. I appreciated her being honest with me and its completely understandable given that it was his first time being groomed and cats tend to be more nervous about grooming. Overall I’d recommend this business and plan to take my cat here again

I would give negative stars if possible. As someone else mentioned, they take little information over the phone. I was asked for my name and number and given an appointment time. Asked for a quote and it seemed reasonable, yet I arrive only to find out that they didn’t want to touch my cats at all because they’re seniors. Supposedly don’t want to shave them because of their skin being more fragile for their age — something I have never heard before. They told me to go to my vet instead.
No one told me or asked me this over the phone. Cat owners know, it’s a hassle to grab them and get them ready to go. We went and got them all upset for nothing. Place did not seem super clean when I got there, so I may have saved my cats an awful experience anyway. Never again.

I have been going to Johnny and Jose since they were groomers at Petco. They are professionally trained and know how to handle difficult dogs. My Polka a miniature schnauzer was very spirited and John tamed her with patience and kindness. Later I adopted a rescue dog that had been badly abused, abandoned, that is my Buddy. Honestly, I believe John saved Buddy’s life by not grooming him. He could tell by the characteristics exhibited by my Spud that he was so stressed out that he could die from STRESS! He did not charge me and encouraged me to try again after a while. Buddy has been fine ever since and looks so handsome after John grooms him. I notice they have hired new groomers who they are training, but John or Jose need to handle the «difficult» dogs. Thank you guys for so many years of service.

I’m definitely disappointed re: our experience with All Pro Dog & Cat Grooming. So many positive Unilocal reviews, and yet our experience was anything but.
I called 4 days ahead and scheduled an appointment. They never asked for my dog’s name at the time (just mine), which I thought was odd. When I arrived, the young girl at the counter said I would need to wait 3 – 4 hours to pick up my dog. When I asked why, she said Saturday’s are busy. I get that — but then why did I need to make an appointment? Even when I dropped my dog off, they still never asked for his name (they were definitely unprofessional and scattered — something else I didn’t expect). Instead, they kept him in a crate for 3 hours before beginning to groom him and when my husband arrived to pick him up, they said they would go get «her» (our dog is male).
The haircut was the worst we’ve ever seen. The paws were jagged and unevenly cut, not all of his nails had been clipped, there were weird indents from fur that had been shaved off his legs, and he had two nicks where he had been cut on his underbelly. Plus, one side of his whiskers were completely cut off. Unacceptable and, honestly, very shocking.
I imagine that if you’re only taking your dog in for a bath, then this could be a fine place. But if you want a haircut /​grooming for your dog from a professional, then I’d say definitely stay away.

I LOVE this place! Both times I’ve brought my Westie in… she was taken well care of. The first time she had a puppy cut & I was very happy with it. This time she got a Mohawk by Eric. I am VERY VERY JAZZED!!! She looks amazing, clean and very happy puppy. Thank you SO much. I’m not going anywhere else!!!

I called this place for an appointment after seeing the reviews and was taken care of from the phone call to walking out the door!
I got an appointment for our rescued dog the day after we brought her home. She was especially dirty and needed a good bath and something to help the shedding. I brought her in first thing in the morning and she was done a couple hours later. She smelled terrific and looked even better!
The staff there really cares about the animals and the owners! Roxy was doing great when I got there as she hung out in the kennels.
I also really loved their response to the guy that gave a 1 star on Unilocal!!!It was a very good response to an unfortunate circumstance that a lot of business owners should learn from. The owner respects his clients and wants to see them pleased with the service! GREAT WORK, JOSE!!!

I have used many groomers over the years for my dogs and «All Pro» is by far the best.
I have a male Yellow Lab. that is my lifeline and working (Service Animal)
J. LOVES this place and John who is one of the owners. He starts whining a few blocks from there and will not shut up until he’s on his way in the door. LOL
I would NOT trust my dog to just anyone …

I took my 10-​year-​old terrier to All Pro today. I’ve been bringing my dog to them for quite some time and was always happy with the results. About a year ago I moved away from that neighborhood and since then my dog became very ill due to a couple large rumors. Not wanting to cause more anxiety than he needed I stayed away from the groomers. I had gone to two other places with horrible results and my dog Frankie was treated to cuts, itchy coat for week following and In one case left sitting in a cage for 3 hours never to be groomed.
All pro took very good care of Frankie, providing him with medicated shampoo and conditioner and rather than using a lead to hold him, they allowed him to stand freely as they groomed him. I highly recommend this groomer and I won’t take my dog anywhere else.
