Lorenzo’s Alignment

I get my tires done with Stan’s Tires right in the same shop. And those guys are good. But Lorenzo’s Alignment and all the workers are eh…
I got my ball joints and brake pads installed with a rotor resurfacing. After I paid and picked up my car, my wheels started to making a high pitched sound on one side and a grinding noise on the inside. I brought it in to get it fixed and found out that my rotors were not even resurfaced. They said that I had only paid for the parts to be installed… I was appalled at this. They fixed the grinding sound, and when i drove it on the street the high pitched sound on the other tire was not even fixed. I’m tired of working with these guys, I figure getting stressed there is not worth my time, so I will be bringing my business elsewhere.
Besides all that, the customer service is horrible. I have had my share of bad customer service, but this has got to be the worst. The people there can’t even communicate properly and they definitely do not know how to treat a customer right. When I brought my car in again, it felt like I was doing something wrong by bringing it in. Is it my fault that you guys have no attention to detail? NO.
For everyone out there, do not fall prey to their cheap prices of labor. I would much rather pay a little more for better customer service and customer satisfaction.

I would recommend this alignment shop because it’s low car friendly but never let them adjust your camber kit. I say you fix it yourself to the settings you like and let them fix the toe. I’m very disappointed they messed up first then the stabilizer end link was loose and caused my right wheel not to rotate and my steering wheel is off. This is going to be my 3^rd visit in a week. Also lack of communication to the costumers and need to be honest that’s all

Lorenzo is the owner and he is very nice and knowledgeable. They know there stuff when it comes to alignment and i didnt even have to wait long. I like how they have a hole in the ground so its perfect for lowered cars. Thanks and i will be telling all my friends. Price was very fair and even he offered to do any special specs i wanted. Great Customer Service I was dire need of some USED tires today cause my tires were done that’s all I could afford at this time, but when I pulled in and Alfredo immediately hooked it up with the best tires they had in stock. I was a on a very very tight budget but it made no difference as everywhere I called earlier quoted me extremely high, that was way beyond my budget. Once I got here to Lorenzo’s it was probably luck because I was able to get all 4 replaced for basically the lowest rate possible in the entire San fernando valley (under $ 100) A Big Thank You to these guys for helping me out when no one else would and getting me out of there in timely fashion. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone that I hear needs tires. Absolute great service for a business that specializes in alignments only but sells NEW/​USED Tires KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC JOB GUYS… I will be back soon.

Lorenzo is extremely skilled and beyond reasonable!
Had a super duty ford brought in for alignment because know body had the equipment large enough to do the job. Lorenzo put all his men on the truck, and while we waited for brake pads, lubed my truck, and fixed my door at no charge!
I would definitely highly recommend this business to anyone!

I have to give Lorenzo his credit due after reading all the past bad reviews. First, this is an alignment place that sell used tires on the side. So I would not ask them to do ball joints or suspension work as it is not what they do best. All the area auto shops come here for their customer’s alignments. One alignment tech look younger and the other drives an Alfa Milano, which I give credit for his ability to keep it running. I have been coming here for years because the alignment is competitively priced and first rate. Lorenzo always takes the car for a test drive after the alignment and its always one more fine tune. Would you ask your dental hygienist to do open heart surgery on you because you think she can? :)

Did a Google search, and this place came up as my closest alignment shop. I called and asked how much alignment was and the price was reasonable. I had doubts about how cheap price was that i called again to ask what they use to align wheels with. They told me they use the Hunter machine which is a known machine in the industry. I showed up about half hour before they close and right away i was greeted by Lorenzo. He right away got to work on my car and within 20 mins my car was ready to go. He inflated my tires to my personal settings and took my truck for a test drive. I was able to pay with debit, I got a copy of my specs and was on my way. My Tahoe felt nice and smooth, i accelerated and it stayed straight as an arrow. Steering even felt more stiff as in new car feel. (06 tahoe). As far as im concerned, this was cheap and painless.

No matter how far I’m located, I always take the extra miles to drive to Lorenzo’s Alignment in the valley for all my car needs.

I had an alignment done on my car and the printer that prints the report had no ink so it was impossible to see what was done.
Anyway, I decided to roll the dice and have them do the brakes on my truck, plus a ball joint and suspension bushing. $ 600.
This was a total nightmare! The mechanic had grease all over the brake shoes and drums. When I complained about it he «cleaned» the shoes with an old mop that was being used to clean up spills etc.
When Lorenzo the owner presented the truck to me 8 hours later, the brake peddle went right to the floor!!! He said «They work perfectly». I stood there with my jaw dropped to my chest. This is the owner. He is returning a heavy duty work truck to me with no brakes. I had him adjust the shoes and went home only went I got there (3 miles) the brakes were smoking and the wheels there too hot to touch.
I could go on and on. I just went downhill from here. I looked at the «New» ball joint that they installed and the rubber boot was already ripped open!!! Incidentally they used a sledgehammer to try to get the old ball joint off and when that didn’t work they brought out the biggest sledge I’ve ever seen (12Lbs, 14Lbs?) and wailed away at it. Now the truck is almost undriveable due to severe alignment issues.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SLEAZY SOB.
After returning once I decided just to eat the $ 600 loss because there was no way I was going to let these fools touch my work truck again. The brakes failed with-​in days and all 4 «new» wheel cylinders leaked as well as the «new» Bearing seals.
If ever there was a need for a «0 star» rating, it is for Lorenzo’s crew.

These guys are like toddlers, you have to keep directing them what to do. I had them install my coil overs on my car, and I wanted it lowered it as much as possible. They couldnt even do that, I had to tell them about 15 times to keep lowering it, and each time they would say «It’s lowered as much as it can go.» Of course they were wrong. This place wasn’t even worth my time. Don’t waste your time going there, spend your money elsewhere.

These jackasses did an alignment on my older truck and apparently they didn’t have the right specs in the computer so they just decided to «wing it». Well two days later another shop that did have the specs discovered they were waaaay off.
I’ve brought a few vehicles here in the past but never again. Congrats guys. Instead of being honest that your system didn’t go back far enough and you decided to wing it, you’ve not only lost a customer but you gained a bad review. Good luck.

This guy is pure scum. Didn’t bolt on my outer tie rod lug and almost died. Took it back and he didnt even offer an apology. In fact he did a quick ghetto alighnment and that didnt fix anything. BE AWARE. LOW QUALITY Garbage.

I came here a long time ago; thinking it would live up to its reviews. Sadly I was left in utter dismay. Disgusting is one word that can describe this place. I waited an hour plus and in the end he worked on my car for a good 5 minutes and gave it to me. Didn’t test drive afterwards or anything. So I felt robbed and took it to another alighnment shop.
This alighnment shop told me that they didnt alighn the car at all. I guess they thought that me being a women would make me uneduacated towards cars; regardless this place is bottom tier and do not recommend it. Get a quality alighnment somewhere else. Pay a little more afterall tires cost 10x more then an alighnment

So after being advised to go here for a alignment by my regular mechanic I did, I pulled up bunch of young almost high school looking kids were the mechanics with one or two old timers,
a gentlemen asked me if I needed help I told him I need a wheel. Alignment he told me I would be next and it would be 40.
Service was ok,
It didn’t take to long,
It was cheap
They only take cash there is a atm there but its has a three dollar fee.
After though he told me that a bushing on the car that was fixed two weeks prior was wrong, and to bring it anytime, I took it back and infact it was broken. so kudos to them
Anyway nothing to wow about this place, but will come again due to the fact that its cheap

Don’t ever go to this place for service! The owner is a weasel. I had a bad feeling when I first walked into this place. Read more for the details.
I have all my cars repair/​tune up in the same plaza as Lorenzo’s Alignment. Since I needed an alignment, I decided to give them a try out of convenience. After the alignment, I paid for the service and asked for a print-​out. The guy, whom I guess is the owner, told me that his printer is not working. Sounds suspicious but I had wished he told that before I paid for the service. After driving off the lot, the car still feels off. I had a feeling that I just had been scammed by the guy. I drove straight to my usual place in Chatsworth called Chatsworth Tire. I know them well for their honesty and fair prices. I paid for an alignment inspection and was told that my wheels were not aligned! I paid for the alignment at Chatsworth Tire and the car drives nice.

Service was fast and the price for an alignment was great but where to sit/​stand is pretty awkward since the «office» is through the shop. There are a couple of chairs lingering nearby. Physically getting your car in and out is a bit crazy; it’s like a car zoo. If it wasn’t such a good deal I’d knock off another star but the price eclipses the madness.
Apparently my alignment was pretty bad as per the computer printout, but it didn’t seem to have any effect. I guess this is because my tires wore down unevenly. I came back after feeling the pull still and had my tires rotated for 5 bucks. I asked him what the «toe» was exactly (since that was the red on the printout) and he just read the numbers off, so I asked again and end got a hand gesture representation of the tires. Well, «Toe refers to the parallelism between the wheels as viewed from above and is usually measured in inches or millimeters.»
