Justin Walton is A-​mazing. He educated me on every type of pest out there. I’ve never wanted to pay for yearly pest control service before but I really feel like I’m in good hands now with Alpha and Justin.

I’ve used Alpha Eco for a few years for routine pest control. Justin Walton has been my service provider and he always does a thorough job and provides advice on ways to manage and eradicate problems in our urban environment.

They have been to my home 3 times to kill fleas. The last time they said it was «a real aggressive» treatment right before Labor Day weekend. I went cam;ping thinking everything should be ok and came home tonight to fleas jumping on me!!!

We have used Alpha Ecological Pest Control at two of our homes in the Camas area. The technicians always take the time required to answer our questions and to insure the job is done to our satisfaction.
We would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family, or anyone else requiring Pest Control services

I have a spring time aunt problem each year and and a newborn so I decided to try this earth friends, kid and pet friendly method to remedy the problem, but it costs a fortune and made the issue worse!
. I called Alpha who could not provide a quote over the phone. The technician comes to my home but does not look around, we have a brief 5 minute conversation (which could have been completed over the phone no need to send a tech to inspect for a simple quote) and was quoted $ 229.00 which ended up being about $ 250.00 after taxes.
He sprays spends about thirty minutes total spraying and then has me sign some papers and while doing so mentions that the aunt problem might actually get worse after the service and I will need more servicing. (Would have been nice to know before forking over nearly $ 300 big ones)
They reccommend the 70 dollar monthly maintenance, but said they would call to confirm if I wanted that. However after he left I review the documents I signed and see that one box indicated I approved auto pay and a monthly service plan of 70 dollars per month.
I called and declined. They had the tech call back to ask why…
1) If what you just sprayed makes the aunt problem worse why would I pay for more servicing.
2) I am not that annoyed with this pest issue that I want to spend 1200 a year on it
3) The aunt problem has gotten much worse. What worked to take care of the problem you ask… simply pest control items you can purchase at any hardware store. Maybe not pet or kid friendly so we had to be careful with use, but at least it actually did what I spent the money for it to do!

I had Alpha come out in May-​June of 2013 to investigate a mouse problem. They found that not only had mice moved in, but now rats were there as well. They took pictures and explained the work they recommended. It was a bit expensive ($ 3000) relative to other places, but they were highly rated so I felt it was worth the expense.
Now in December, I was disappointed to hear mice in the walls again. I called Alpha and they had someone come out almost immediately. There was some confusion due to a maintenance plan that hadn’t been set up correctly and I was looking at another $ 2000 to resolve. I was able to speak with multiple people in the company who each listened to the situation and understood where I was coming from and in the end agreed that they would take care of the issue cost-​free plus provide additional supplies for no cost as an apology. Their quick response, consideration and high level of service is greatly appreciated.

On or about October 17^th 2012 I paid $ 433 for the initial service to take care of the carpenter ants. They were mostly in the backyard, but never in the front of or inside the house. They did not drill holes in the side of the house and put the deterrent in as promised and I had to have them come out again to do a proper job. In January 2013 they came out and did maintenance and I paid $ 74.80. They then came out in April and supposedly did maintenance again. I don’t know how the work could have been done because my son had to go to school by 6:30pm and the dog would not let anyone roam around in the yard without someone home. I was in Mexico from January to June so I could not see what was happening. When I got home on June 26^th, the first thing I saw was carpenter ants on my front porch. They have also been seen in the kitchen and other parts of the interior of my home. There are a lot still in the backyard. My son said he turned over a stepping stone before I got home and there were lots and lots of ants underneath it. I called the company and got the runaround as to why I still have so many ants. The girl turned it around on me like it was my fault I didn’t have maintenance done more often. The ants were never inside the house prior to their service. They are supposed to be the experts telling me what I need done and how often. They gave me the impression quarterly was enough. They refused to come out again because I did not want to pay for the second maintenance visit.
I had Terminix come out and inspect my home on July 9^th and they verified that I still have a lot of ants and should not have this many if it was being treated for the last 10 months. They are half the price and they guarantee their work.
Since Terminix serviced my house I have seen no ants, and when I had my siding redone there were a lot of newly killed ants. Not from anything this company did. I am highly disappointed in the service I received.

I have used this company for a couple years for quarterly maintenance. If I ever have any concerns they are quick to take care of any issues or problems.
I would recommend them. I sell real estate and would refer them to my clients.
