Going up to visit my kids, I called the night before to make sure that they had ice cream cakes for my son who was celebrating his birthday. When we all got there the next day, my son found a cake in the flavor that he liked, and the manager (?) asked if we would like writing on it at no extra charge. It took about two minutes, and it came out great. They also had candles to put on top. Very friendly staff who took care of us. Thanks for such great service!

Not worth it owner /​manager is rude they don’t have it posted anywhere in their store that they do not accept virtual coupons so no cell phone coupons if you’re allergic to nuts don’t buy a Sundae they won’t care quote you should know peanuts are part of sundaes

Went in with a free birthday scoop coupon on my phone and they wouldn’t take it and suggested I go to a library to print it out. so let me get this straight, you want me, on my birthday, to waste gas going to a library to print out a coupon I obviously have all ready to go on my phone??? What a joke! I won’t be back.

So, I was with 2 of my friends and decided to walk in 15 mins before closing to get a quick ice cream on a Friday night. We get one foot in the door and we are not welcomed to the store, the little high schooler girl says, «we close in ten minutes».
We weren’t planning on staying just going in and grabbing what we want and going home. While taking one of my friends order, she was very short and had a rude demeanor in her voice. I and my other friend didn’t not want to get served by her snarky attitude so we went to fred Meyer and got ice cream instead. It was a rude experience for over priced ice cream anyway.

Dude, it’s Baskin-​Robbins ice cream. Come on, you know there’s going to be some good stuff here. No, it’s not Ben & Jerry’s or Salt & straw but it’s pretty good.
Whoever you bring here will always be happy that you brought them to come have some good ice cream.

Meh. It’s Baskin Robbins. Like many things from my youth, it was not as spectacular as I remembered… but I kind of expected that! I was going mainly for the fun colored ice cream for my 2 year old… they get a kick out of bright colored sweet anything. I don’t remember what I got, it wasn’t really memorable for the taste, but just a good time with my little one and making her happy. The place was decently clean, prices pretty low, and service was prompt. We will be back next time I want to give her a treat,

Ordered an ice cream cake. It was very good but I did not know to specify the colors not to use so the cake was a little on the loud side with yellow icing and some orange piping. There’s no accounting for taste in Orchards or the lack thereof.
