Came here today for a fast lunch fix. We come occasionally but today it was nasty food. Our taco salad looked someone threw up in my taco shell. We couldn’t below the sight. The taste was also the the best. Greasy and wet. Chicken taco was ok. Service is fast, but usually on the rude side

Last night I was with few friends and they wanted to get some grub at Carl’s Jr. I tried talking them out of it but we all know now the out come of my Prussian. The last few times I ate at this Carl’s Jr before this review few years ago my fries were cold and my past burgers had little to none mayo/ketchup on my famous star with cheese and bad tomatoes. Very disappointing burger needless to say. Some might like a dry burger and a heal, green, soggy over ripe to potentially rotten tomatoes but not this guy. So I ordered a famous star with cheese. This time it was delicious. It was like I remembered the first time I tried one 15 years ago on a road trip out of state. Staff was very nice, restaurant was absolutely spotless clean and nicely lighted not to hide any filth. It was busy I might add and they were under staffed. There was now hiring posted. My overall thoughts about this visit had changed my opinion from horrible to above satisfactory for an fast food joint.

Great location. They also have a green burrito. Workers are always very nice. Dining room is always clean, if we’re here for lunch they’re always wiping tables and checking on customers. This is a great Carl’s jr. Also the bathrooms are clean and don’t smell.

we had a pretty big order but nothing to complicated. They forgot 2 medium fries and 3 tacos, plus skimped us on what we got. My nuggets tasted like they had been sitting there for over an hour. Not the first time this place hasforgotten something in our $ 35+ order. Would have put the review on their website, but didn’t get a receipt.

Alright I got a new credit card and I was told I need to use it one time to insure it s working. I decided to go here mainly because my older brother wanted food. Well about four hours later I get contacted by my fraud protection. Apparently someone bought a pink small stroller online shortly after. Well lets see they had my card for a bit longer then normal and it was the only place I had ever gone with this card… UMM pretty sure everyone can put it together. Don’t go to this one.

Really fun and friendly service. They truly treat you how you treat them. Good food, expensive but you get what you pay for. Huge burgers. Fast service. Love this place. My parents tend to be hard to understand due to their strong accents but they are always patient and polite and they try their best.

I have waited some time to post this review in order to make it a LITTLE more objective. A few months back, my fiancée and I went to this Carls Jr — she had been sick a couple of days and for whatever reason one of the burgers on the Carls Jr menu sounded good to her. Well, of course I want her to feel better so we jump in the car and drive across town to the restaurant, get our order(we both got $ 6 burgers, plus an extra because they are not as huge as they make out on TV). We drive home, sit down to the table, and sure enough, the order is wrong — they didn’t include the one burger that we drove to get! Well, we eat the two they did include, and then jump in the car… we were just a bit miffed that after driving rush-hour traffic across town they goofed up. As we are driving, we both realize we are just a little bit hot at the whole situation and start to cool down and think with a clear head. While we are stopped at the light, I notice a fellow panhandling under the highway overpass and thought«I think I will get a gift card instead of a refund. Then this fellow can grab a burger when he wants.» I get to the Carls Jr(on 117th Ave, not one of their other restaurants), walk in and wait in line for my turn. I calmly and politely explained that we had not been given our other $ 6 burger and asked instead of the sandwich if I could have a gift card and explained it would be a win/win: I get my refund and the fellow at the overpass gets a burger. The young lady in no uncertain terms explained they do not give gift cards for anything but cash or credit card and they in no way could do that. In fact, the young lady said she could not even give me a REFUND for the sandwich they shorted me, but only could give me the sandwich(that we no longer wanted or needed). At this point, I had pretty much reached my limit and(again, politely) explained, «Here is what I will do to fix this. I want you to give that burger to the next person in line, and I will get my $ 6 refund satisfaction by telling EVERYONE how you do business». The young girl immediately begins speaking to an associate(manager?) in spanish and lo and behold, she says they will refund my money. What happened to the no refund policy of 5 minutes before? Is that only if the customer isn’t going to go public? I meant to post the review immediately but decided to not be a hothead and let cooler heads prevail. We recently decided to try Carls Jr again and, again, they shorted us on our purchase. This time, I’m not wasting my time driving to correct my order. This time, I will just share that I think Carls Jr is overpriced, unimaginative food. Compound this with inattentive, dishonest employees(at that store) and they get this: one more family of NON customers and a lifetime of bad PR. I hope they hire better employees in the future!

Wow, by far the worst service I’ve ever received. Went through drive thru and was greeted by a rude employee, got order placed and got our food. Went home only to find that our special order burger was totally wrong, called to get it resolved and was again treated very rudely. Will not be coming back to this particular Carl’s jr.

I’m not a fan of Fast food but I would continuously come back to this Carl’s Jr location. The service is out of this world! Will is a great employee and made my choosing food here a breeze! He had good suggestions and was very friendly. I don’t know about the rest of the employees but he definitely made it a fast food experience worth mentioning. And the food was good af

I went through the drive through on my way to work. I saw a sign advertising 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits for $ 3, so I got it. They were big, hot, and good. I couldn’t eat them both. I only give 3 stars though because it took way too long. I was beginning to wonder if they had forgotten about me.

I can’t believe that Carl’s Jr is charging $ 1.00 for a debit/credit card fee! This is absolutely outrageous! Card fees are just a cost of doing business… IE: electricity, water, etc! It’s like charging me an «electricity fee» for turning the light on when I use the restaurant’s bathroom. Legislation has recently capped card transaction fees(to retailers) at $.21 plus 5% of the purchase. Carl’s Jr is NOT passing this savings on to it’s customers… instead they’re making a profit off of it’s customer’s chosen method of payment. This is a ripoff! I will not do business with Carl’s Jr until this horrible business practice is ended.
