This is the second time we have had an unfortunate situation with this store in particular. To summarize, they fail to deliver the order, called at 830pm to let me know they wouldn’t be delivering my order and that the recipient had to pick up the order in store now. The last time this happened my parents arrived to pick up the basket and the store was filthy, the staff was rude and the basket was now no longer fresh as it had been sitting for two days. They were extremely rude to my parents and seemed to be angry letting them know that they did not deliver to their address. This store is a very sad representation of the edible arrangements brand.

Their driver almost ran me over at the intersection of 115th Ave & Chkalov, because he wasn’t paying attention turning right. I had a walk sign and everything. Tired of people not paying attention, especially people in vans with their company’s name on them.

Just received what should have been a wonderful arrangement but instead received and bouquet of sweaty drippy chocolate and warm fruit. My arrangement has been sitting on my front porch for 2 hour and 45 minutes. The weather here today is 72 degrees. I called the store and told them that the family that sent this to me would be upset to know that I received it in this condition. They purchased the large bouquet so I know they spent a lot on it. The poor girl on the phone needed to contact her manager who is the owner. The girl called my back a half hour later to tell me that they were not going to replace my bouquet or refund my friends who sent it to me. She was embarrassed and kept apologizing that she couldn’t help me. Apparently these bouquets are designed to be able to sit out in the sun for up to six hours… gross! I will not be using this company ever again!

Worked for the owner for a week or more .she paid me only for 8 hours. She and her co worker can’t speak English well so they bite your head off for not understanding. She is rude and a horrible business woman and should be ashamed. This was a nightmAre working for her. I don’t see how she stays in business. Don’t do business with someone who doesn’t pay someone for their work.

Ownership is remarkably unprofessional, defensive, and rude. Pick anything else.

Edible Arrangements in a nutshell: Rude workers and overpriced arrangements. I’ll get into a little more detail for both just so you can tell that I’m not just saying this«just because» or that I have some kind of personal vendetta against this chain company. I’ve had two experiences with this company now that have definitely earned this location one star. First, the rudeness of the workers. I called two weeks before Mother’s Day to order something for my Mom. I ordered their most popular item and when I asked when it might be delivered on Mother’s Day, I was treated to a two-minute rant about how this is the busiest time of the year for the store(am I supposed to feel sorry for you for that?) and that there was no way for them to predict when they might deliver it(I’m totally OK with just that answer) and that I shouldn’t ever ask when it might be delivered during the day again. Ooook then. Well, fast forward two weeks to Mother’s Day. My Mom gets a call. Oh, it’s from Edible Arrangements telling her that they have something for her(thanks for ruining the surprise) but that since they’re so busy, they can’t deliver it to her til Thursday. Thanks for the heads up. Seriously. So great of you to call the recipient of the arrangement and tell her that you can’t deliver it to her til four days later. In any case, that’s the service for you. The arrangement themselves are kind of cheap for the price you’re paying. I paid around ~$ 60 for a basket with about 10 pieces of fruit with some having chocolate on them. And, if they were dipped in chocolate, some little bits here and there weren’t covered… like they really rushed it. In any case, an edible arrangement might sound like a fun thing to give someone. But don’t buy from this company; they’re overpriced and you’ll most likely get terrible service. I have… twice.
