I have been less than impressed. In my search to find the perfect white trim I found myself here, looking for whites in the pro classic paint product. White pursuing the brochures i noticed the swatch was different color than in the brochure for the same paint color… The employee said yes that was correct the brochure was meant to be discontinued. Mmmkay. I finally chose a color and returned. The attendant was super dismissive. He didn’t even ask me what sheen I wanted on my $ 60 can of paint. He mixed up a semi gloss when what I wanted was satin. When I pointed out that I would have appreciated the opportunity to decide for myself he told me semi gloss is what «everyone» gets. Really? Well I went through with it and painted my trim and I’m super disappointed and annoyed. Satin would have been perfect. And also the color doesn’t seem to match the swatch. Shocker.

I have been to lots of Sherwin Williams stores in the areas and I like this one the best. This is the place the pros go. It is not just the guys & gals that work there that are helpful. I was amazed at how nice an helpful the pros were too. It feels like community when you are there. I won’t be going to any other branches from now on — this is the place!
