Starbucks

When it comes to Starbucks, you know what you’re getting. The menus at each franchise are just about identical, but there are distinct differences that make some branches more favorable than others. This review is meant to reflect what makes this Starbucks unique more so than the company as a whole.
With that in mind, this Starbucks is in no way unique. It’s a pretty standard strip mall chain coffee shop. Friendly baristas, clean bathrooms… but nothing to really set it apart from any other Starbucks. I’ll continue coming because of its proximity to my work, but there’s no real reason to go out of your way to stop by.
For frequent coffee drinkers, I also strongly recommend pursuing a Starbucks Gold Card if you do not already have one. By simply reloading and reusing a gift card (or downloading the mobile app and paying with it), you can easily reach Gold status. By doing so you get a free drink or food item after you’ve racked up 12 «gold stars» (items purchased).

This is the my favorite place to get coffee they have great employees, they’ve always made our drinks just the way we like them ;)

Oh Starbucks, why do you burn your beans?
The only reason that Starbucks is getting a 4 stars is because of the amazing staff at this location, I cannot give it a 5 because the coffee tastes like dirt. Went to lunch with some co-​workers who are 100% stuck on the Starbucks bandwagon SO I had to go. Feeling a little sluggish I got an Americano. Bad idea, an hour later its still in the cup haha. While we were there the barista joined into the banter of what song was better and why, who should stay a blonde or go brunette for the season and told us about the gold card thing. He was extremely sweet. The service is always great.
Will someone please tell your CEO to start roasting beans the correct way in small batches that aren’t burnt and it would be perfect. Mmkayythanks.

Ordered a caramel macchiato and had the perfect balance of Carmel and espresso. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ mouth feel.

Just stopping by for a caramel Frappuccino on this sunny warm day! They are always very consistent no matter what you order. Very friendly and speedy service!

I frequent a lot of Starbucks around the country and this one is by far my favorite! They are always courteous and helpful always willing to accommodate my special request of Grande Chai Tea — NF milk, 5 pumps of chai, no water and extra hot.

Stop here almost every morning. Great coffee a little more consistency would be great. But look forward to starting my day here. The staff are very friendly.

I’ve been to some pretty slow Starbucks in my time but this one by far takes the cake. I waited in line for five minutes and another ten for my coffee before I finally asked for refund as the three people behind me got their drinks and the two people in front of me were still waiting as well. Something was awry but that’s not really my issue as common sense is to make the orders as they come in not in whatever order you choose. So I asked the girl at the front counter for a refund and she didn’t know how to do that so she got someone who was apologetic but full of excuses I didn’t care to hear, I just wanted to go somewhere else, he asked for my debit card to put the money back on it, got home and checked my account and he actually charged me again. He didn’t give me a refund! Can anyone who works at this store do anything right? It’s great that SB pays for these fools to go to college. They clearly need some type of schooling. I’ll be back to get my 2^nd refund but after that I’ll never come here again.
