Our 20 year old roof developed a leak so we decided to replace it. We have a two story house that us under 3000 square feet with a hipped roof.
The owner of the company showed up to our appointment on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. His quote came in very quickly and was easy to understand with a fair price.
The crew was clean, diligent, and competent. They spread tarps around the perimeter of the house to catch any mess that might fall from the roof. The roof was completed in less than two days. I only found a few small pieces of debris after the job was complete. There was some slight damage to the siding. The roof looks great and of course, no leaks.

We needed a new roof so requested bids from three local companies. Warner offered a fair price and 10-​year guarantee on their workmanship. They had also replaced the roofs on many of our neighbors’ houses so we knew they were a reputable company.
We had a few questions before making our final decision and the Office Manager was prompt and helpful with her email responses.
The work crew showed up, worked hard and by the end of the day our roof was replaced. We were really pleased that they were able to turn it around in a day as we both work from home and were dreading another day of the noise (both from the work and our dogs barking!). They cleaned up after themselves and went around the house with a magnet to make sure they had picked up all the nails. Really pleased with not only the look of our new roof but also the speed and efficiency of their work crew. Happy customers!
