Formerly an accountant, i decided to start my own business in 2012, i was a cab driver with a desire of higher standarts so i moved to the car service industry. Helped by my lovely brother we are now a small company with great rates for great customers. People in Venice as well as others deserved to be well serviced without having to spend a fortune. Peace and love for humanity:)

I decided to research car services for my frequent trips from Venice to LAX after one too many taxi drivers couldn’t find my home, which is on a walk street in Venice. I did a google search and found On Demand Car Services and have been using the company ever since. Toufik, the owner, not only found my home easily the first time (he listened to my directions unlike taxi dispatchers), but was a few minutes early. He is responsive, polite and a truly nice person. His prices are competitive with taxi services and his cars are large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is a great feeling to know that I can always rely on Toufik not only for a comfortable ride, but for good conversation on the way. I look forward to my frequent trips to the airport now instead of dreading the stress of a taxi not showing up on time or at all. I highly recommend On Demand Car Services.

First rate service from two different drivers. Prices are practically same as a taxi. Why take a chance and get an unpleasant taxi experience when this company treats you so well. This is the way to get around LA. They arrived early to pick me up, drove safely and professionally, and waited patiently for me while I did a quick shopping errand. Great experience, super fair prices.

I had to have surgery and was thinking of taking Über to Cedars. After reading the mostly abysmal reviews and how many times the drivers are late, I decided that wasn’t the time to use a service I was unfamiliar with. I couldn’t chance being late and I really didn’t want the additional stress.
So, I found what looked like a small driving service and decided to give them a try.
When I booked the ride, I spoke to Toufik, one of the owners of the company. More than once, I stressed I could not be late. I was also on a tight budget.
He quoted me a very reasonable price and said he would make sure he would be on time, he would probably arrive early.
The morning of the ride, Toufik gave me a call. I thought he was informing me he was on the way to my house. No, he was already waiting in my driveway and was an entire half hour early! I was ready, so we loaded up and left.
Toufik is a class act. Very polite. The black, Suburban SUV was absolutely spotless and fully supplied with all kinds of things I unfortunately couldn’t drink (I was NPO for the surgery).
His driving skills were also spot on. No herky jerkying around, no short or sudden stops, etc.
This was a very nice ride on the way to an extremely stressful event.
Those who know me are aware I am very tough when it comes to givig 5 star reviews. In fact, I rarely write 4 star reviews.
This car service deserves all 5 stars.

Traveled to LA to see Dead and co shows at the Forum on Dec 30 and 31. Never having been to LA and not wanting to brave the traffic, especially on New Year’s Eve, I began the hunt for a car service. So glad my husband and I chose this one! Toufik, our driver and the owner of the company, was amazing. He was waiting for us at lax and had us to our hotel in Venice beach in no time flat. He got us to and from both shows quickly, avoiding all the traffic nightmares, and even though the new year’s eve show ran well past 1 am! Anyone who wants hassle free transportation around LA with charming, funny, dependable driver should call toufik! AMAZING SERCICE in every respect

Great Service from Venice to LAX. Car arrived 10 minutes earlier than requested just to be prompt. Nice clean luxury vehicle. The driver who is also part owner of the company was very nice. You can tell they are trying hard to compete against the many big companies, Über and Lyft and they are going to get my business from now on.

What a great service! He was punctual, showing up a few minutes early, courteous and helpful. The car was spotless inside and out. The price was reasonable. I travel frequently for work and leisure and this is the best car service ever. Our driver Toufick went way above and beyond my expectations.
I organized a night out for a bachelor party and we booked a car to take us from Venice beach to a club downtown and back. This was done over the phone and the communication was very clear and professional. Toufick arrived on time however we were not ready yet. No sweat, Toufick was cool and patiently waited for us. Before starting the journey he realizing it was a bachelor party asked if we had any music — the answer was a resounding YES! What a perfect way to start out night. Toufick is an old school hip hop fan like us and we blasted the music and sang together. His energy was infectious and set the tone.
After the end of the night, we found Toufick already outside the club waiting for us at the agreed upon pickup time. However, we made a game-​time decision to stop off for some food before heading back to the hotel. Toufick accommodated this last minute change and agreed to stay with us the rest of the night. He said that he wanted to make sure we got home safe.
When we got to the restaurant Toufick helped us get a table and even tipped the waitress so we can get better service because it was crowded and understaffed. He waited for us as we ate and got us all home. After we were dropped off, I asked him how much the charge was for the extra time. He left it up to me and said his main priority was just to take of us. The best customer service ever.
