One star is one too many! I’ve come to this CVS a few times now thinking it has to be a one time thing and each time the pharmacist on duty was extremely rude(a different pharmacists each visit still just as rude) and I’ve never been treated this poorly at any other CVS! No matter how polite I try to be they still take a shit on me every time! I don’t care how far the next pharmacy is or how much more I have to pay I will not come back here. Last time I came I was also told my medication was in stock and After waiting over an hr in the waiting area I finally asked if it was ready and was told they only had ¼ of my Meds in stock and had to go somewhere else to get my full perscription, I wonder how long they would have Waited to tell me that they couldn’t help me if I didn’t get tired of seeing everyone behind me get their perscription before me? If you want to be treated like no good scumbag then this is the CVS for you, if not move on to the next one!

If I could give this place no stars I would. The store is whatever, same as any other CVS, but the Pharmacy? AVOID at all costs. The people who work in this one must be idiots. the line is always way too long and moves way too slow. The pharmacy is is only a few blocks from house, and my mother is disabled, so all her medications go to this one. I cant tell you how often i’ve been there to pick up her prescriptions after getting the call that they are filled, only to find out i have to wait another 45 minutes. Or how they have told me that there are no prescriptions. Even though my mom gets her prescriptions automatically filled every two weeks… This place is just absolutely ridiculous. I refuse to go to this one anymore. I now have all prescriptions transferred to the CVS at the top of victoria and telegraph. Fast, efficient, no difficulties and open 24hours. a million times better

C’mon, it’s a CVS. I got my flu shot here and they have all the little medicinal, bathroom, and photo services that I look for. They provide a great convenience and a wide variety of random things one doesn’t see at a normal grocery store, including electric shavers, hair dryers, razor refills, special brand shampoos, make-up, medicine, etc. etc.

Great place to find those little nick nacks. Can be a bit on the pricey side compared to Target or Wal-Mart. The store itself is clean and has a great staff!

Terrible all the way around. Pharmacy never seems to have enough help, wait forever only to find out it hasn’t even been filled even though the prescription was faxed 5hrs. earlier. The store no better lines way long to check out only to have another cashier open and rather then take the next person in line people from the back of the line go first. This has happened multiple times to me. Sooooo miss LONGS wish they were still here cuz CVS Sucks!

(This used to be a Longs but now it’s a CVS) I don’t have a problem with the store in general, just the pharmacy. It never fails every time I come here I am ‘greeted’ with a bad attitude and have to wait way longer than I have ever waited at a pharmacy before. Don’t know what the management is doing there but something needs to change starting with the attitudes.

I visit many different locations of Longs Drugs(don’t ask why) and the Victoria location is one of their better ones. Why? 1. It’s newer and larger. I think it’s about three years old. The aisles are wide. 2. Clean and organized. It doesn’t seem to be that popular of a location so the shelves are well-stocked. At some locations, people steal the makeup testers or smear makeup on the displays. I didn’t see evidence of this. 3. Wider array of merchandise. Not all Longs carry the imported(European) grocery items like this one. They have imported cookies, olive oil, etc. They also carry the latest makeup collections from Rimmel(widest variety of the Underground collection that I have seen so far) and other drugstore brands like Revlon, Cover Girl, Neutrogena. Longs carries gardening products, clothing, Hallmark cards, candy, stationery items, toys, and then of course pharmacy items. They develop photos on site. This location even has Ventura themed souvenirs. It’s open till midnight.
