Specializing in basic science, Biology, GED, mathematics from arithmetic up to and including Precalculus as well as the Stats and math aspects of tests such as the PSAT/​NMSQT, SAT and ACT. I can also help create curriculum for homeschooled students.

With a new client I prefer to start with a free consultation. However each client’s needs are individual and if you want start right away with homework help or test prep, I will do just that.

I have very successfully tutored students in a variety of situations: students with learning disabilities, gifted students who are reaching to do more than they could alone, as well as the reluctant learner. Students usually enjoy their math after working with me, thus I change a student’s challenges into confidence and ability.

Taking a broader view than just of the student’s immediate studies, I ask myself, «Who is this person that I am helping? What are their needs and current abilities? What are their goals?» I then teach them with these answers in mind

Established in 2011.

Exponential Tutoring was created after successfully tutoring for others’ buisnesses for 8 years. I moved from Seattle to help my brother and decided to start my own business instead of work for others.

I am driven to engage, educate and empower my students. I want to see them out succeeding in life. This is what drives everything within my business.

I have the education and experience to know that I can help my students understand what they are studying. I also know I have the ability to help them gain the study skills to no longer need a tutor. This is why I started my own business.

It’s funny to me that I started a business to «work myself out of a job», but it’s true.

I have a passion for making a difference in people’s lives. Tutoring students is something that I began while in high school, working with disabled students. With my students’ success, I realized what a positive influence I could become in other people’s lives and was hooked.

After high school, I studied effective teaching and learning techniques to help students quickly grasp their subject material. Professionally, I have tutored for over 11 years in both vocational and educational settings. For the past 5 years I have focused on tutoring K-​12 students, college students and professionals looking to advance in their careers. It brings me tremendous satisfaction to help my students achieve their goals.

My heartfelt philosophy is that each person is valuable. Some need assistance moving through specific aspects of their education. Everyone can learn and be successful. I am driven to engage, educate and empower each and every one of my students.
