Please note I offer 24⁄7 emergency service HOWEVER, I reserve Saturday for the family unless it’s an absolute emergency and can’t be scheduled for Sunday. Thank you for your understanding.

History

Established in 2010.

I entered the Navy in 1999 and came to Ventura from Virginia Beach, VA and have been doing plumbing and HVAC since 1998. I received my Virginia Master Card (called contractors license in CA) in plumbing and HVAC in 2006. Came to CA in 2009 and was stationed at NBVC Seabee Base. Received my C36 Contractor License, LIC# 947 266, in May 2010 but dropped my air conditioning contractor’s card since we have such good weather here. I received my Honorable Discharge from the Navy in Sept 2012 and can now focus on staying home with the family and doing plumbing here in Ventura.

Ben was a great guy. Talk about getting the job done, whew! I’ve been having my pluming snaked for what seemed to be years, it would work, then 3 months later, snaked again, it added up really quickly! A plumber friend of mine told me about Ben, I called him, he came out two days later, he was here on time, extremely professional, went right to work, found the problem within 25 minutes, I had a cracked pipe under my cement slab, now I know the truth.
With his water detector he was able to mark the areas, now all I have to do is call my insurance company and get things rolling. Ben even sent me a link to the video he shot with his camera so I can show my insurance company what he found! I would hire Ben (From Sinks to Sewers), in a minute!

Ben just finished doing a sewer lateral repair for me — great job! Ben is very knowledgable, clearly explained what was going on and the options I had for repair. He worked with me to keep the cost reasonable. Ben is also very well equipped with his mobile workshop van. He proceeded carefully and efficiently through the multi-​stage patching process which clearly required special expertise and tools. He communicated well with the Ojai Sanitation Inspector on this job which required City certification. On all counts I am very happy that I had Ben do the job — he’s a straight shooter, a nice guy, and did a great job.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ben for the past few years when the City of Ventura started requiring sewer lateral inspections etc. Ben shows up on time, very professional, quick turn around time and most of all he is honest & ethical! Sink To Sewers is the best plumber we have every worked with in Ventura. Ben is professional, respectful and very trustworthy. He has worked on out shower, installed a new water heater last year and can you image our delight when he showed up to do our City Inspection. Use this company for Private Sewer Lateral inspections: Ben shows up on time, sends the paperwork when he says he will, files with the city in a timely manner… all the things that a Realtor needs to make the sewer lateral report process go seemlessly. Ben even went the extra mile to send me repair quotes by line item from a client’s physical inspection report and sent additional educational hand outs to assist me with a question I had. Great guy.

We moved into our brand new house, went downstairs, and our water heater had blown a huge leak, flooding our basement for about 4 – 5 days before we even moved in. It was around 10PM on Friday night, but Ben came anyhow to save the day (and our sanity)! He fixed the leak, drained the water, and allowed us to sleep easier that night. Very reasonable rates, friendly to work with, and he made sure to follow up when I had questions. He even came by again to further strengthen the leaky pipes into the water heater free of charge. Would definitely recommend.

Was about to landscape my front yard when it was pointed out that I should scope my main sewer line which runs directly under where we want to put a path. Luckily for me I found From Sinks to Sewers who came out and sent a camera down my sewer clean out. The sewer line was flattened so he suggested that it be replaced. Ben was very professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, and was a fantastic bargain. I even got a copy of the inspection video to give to the insurance company. If anyone is thinking of doing any plumbing I strongly recommend calling him.

Ben was very professional and HONEST… our water heater sprung a leak and then died. We were referred to him via the company that will be fixing our roof, (yes it has been quite a month). From Sinks to Sewers promptly returned our call. We were prepared to purchase a new heater, but he looked up the serial number and told us we were still under warranty and that he would pick up the broken one and go to the supply place to get it exchanged,. He was back when he said he would be, even called to let us know that he would be 15 minutes late. Prompt service, neat and reliable, he is now our new Plumber. WE highly recommend him for you plumbing needs.

Our home inspector recommended we get a sewer inspection before we sign any documents for a potential home offer. Being a brand new homeowner, and with no recommendations from friends, I turned to Unilocal.

Can’t say enough good things about Ben and his service. After searching for a plumber on Unilocal,we got to experience first hand about what great things everyone was talking about with Ben. He’s fair, flexible, friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, and very conscientious. He loves what he does. We had him come out to our home for a couple of different things and more than once. I notice a lot of people leaving good reviews, yet only leaving one star, seems as though it’s by mistake. Keep in mind that 1 star means, «Not recommended» and 5 stars is a Good review and says that From Sinks to Sewers «Is Recommended». And I would definitely say, «IS RECOMMENDED». I had moved to Oxnard in the summer of 2012. Shortly after moving into our house, I began to experience clogged drains in the bathrooms and kitchen. Without going into all of the details, I had very bad experiences with the «family plumber» who never did get the jobs done right. After several visits and paying each time he came out I was still left with these plumbing issues. This plumber was aware that the issues were not resolved and said he would get back to me asap. I never heard back from him!
So, I decided to «yelp» plumbers in the area. That is when I came across Ben — «From Sinks To Sewers». Having read several 5 star reviews, I decided to give Ben a call and explain my situation. We then scheduled an appointment for this past Saturday and Ben was right on time and the rest is history. Ben repaired all 3 of my plumbing issues within a couple of hours after dealing with the previous plumber for months!
Ben is a true professional, knowledgeable, skilled, reasonably priced and honest! I highly recommend him and will let the rest of he family know that we might very well want to call on Ben as our NEW «Family Plumber»!

Ben (and his son Kaola — who was helping during summer vacation) were a pleasure to have around.
Our malfunctioning water pressure regulator is replaced and along with it our leaking bath tub faucet as well as our recently ‘squealing’ toilet water tanks, all which were not functioning properly due to our malfunctioning water pressure regulator.
His knowledge was expert-​level and his ability to inform us with details information and brief explanations. He was passionate, kind and generous. We noticed a small leak on our garden hose faucet and tightened it for us in a few seconds.
