I called the business several times and each time he promised to come by and take a look at my diesel truck. After waiting several hours he never showed up or called to confirm or let me know if he was on his way. After the 3d call i gave up. I don’t know what happened to him but I’ll never call or recommend him to anyone. I am in business for myself and i know that customer service is critical. Apparently not to Tanks Mobil Service. What a joke.

Can’t say enough about the service I received from Tank’s! Awesome! We had rented an RV and were stuck in Carpinteria state park. No other service would come into the park. He showed up on time and knew exactly how to handle the situation with ease. He was also very helpful with our rental company El Monte, who were NOT easy to deal with (which is my next review!).
Nice, knowledgeable, and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Thanks Thomas! Nice dealing with you!
