Maria and Jose were wonderful people! They are so so nice and funny, just real people to talk to. I got in and got an estimate quick. Brought my car in and it was done in a day and a half. They even made sure to ask if I had a ride when I dropped off my car. Good price and great people! Thank you so much for the great customer service. Highly recommended and if ever I need more work I will for sure be back!

I just had my rear bumper painted. I couldn’t be more pleased the boss, Jose and the cashier, Maria were very nice and helpful.

I loved my experience here. I recently got rear ended and these guys fixed my car up in a little over a day. I called on a Friday afternoon and they got me in on Monday. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Also, their quote beat out three other shops. I would definitely return (hopefully I never need to lol) and would recommend them to anybody needing body work.

I took both of my cars here they do absolutely everything possible that they can to help you out and your car will in no doubt come back flawless. I highly recommend this place! Jose and Maria are the absolute best! Awesome customer service and they do a great job making your car look new again, I will always come back here!

I was very impressed with the work and the hospitality. 2 shops couldn’t get it right. These guys got it right. Also they really work with people on the price if the insurance company isn’t paying for it.

Jose is without question on of the most amazing people I have ever met. I was hysterical when I called after my accident. He has been walking me through this whole process. He has gone way beyond what is required to, and just HELP. God bless this man and the team that works there!

I came in to Tip Top for advice on removing 7 bumper stickers that were disintegrating on my fender (but were impossible to remove). Martin took a look and immediately started seeing what he could do to help. He spent over half an hour carefully removing every last piece, without damaging the fender. When I asked him what I owed, the answer was that it was on the house! I was speechless. Martin and everyone at Tip Top was so kind and generous. They are honest, respectful, careful, precise, and knowledgeable. If I ever need work done on my car, this is where I’ll go.

Tip Top is a highly successful business because it deserves to be. Five years ago my truck was demolished in an accident. Using meticulous techniques involving craftsmanship and skill, Tip Top restored the body, frame, fiberglass shell, and interior fabric. I was astonished at the quality of the work, and auto specialists who have looked at it have told me the same. Just this month (August 2015) the body sustained the first damage since Tip Top restored it five years ago, involving deep scratches to the door. Tip Top recommended and completed a simple technique of restoring the door that saved me around $ 600. This says the other key thing about this business: It really knows how to treat its customers. I have continuously recommended Tip Top to close friends for years.

After being in a pretty bad car accident, my brand new (used) truck that was damaged from front to rear on the right side, came back to us in better condition than we had bought it after they worked on it! They worked with US, not the insurance company, and made sure we were completely satisfied and informed every step of the way. Not only did they fix the damaged side, but if they had the resources or extra paint etc. they touched up and enhanced the other side as well. When we got it back, it was washed, buffed, vacuumed, and ready to go. I could have not wished for a better result from such a sucky situation. I hope everyone who has an accident or a car that is banged up from wear and tear goes to these guys! You won’t regret it!

Superstars from my initial experience meeting Maria at the front desk all of my frustrations quickly disappeared. It is so pleasant when a business owner realizes the first person you deal with is the face of your business kudos to Jose because she is superb. Jose took the time to walk me thru wait needed to be done options etc… he is very professional and considerate he made my experience painless. He treated me like family what a wonderful experience thank you all at Tip Top Paint & Body Shop excellent shop i would refer anyone needing a repair to you folks…

I have got to say that these guys did an awesome job at Tip Top! I am a pretty picky customer and I admit I can be a little demanding, but these guys didn’t need me to demand anything because they took care of everything just as I would have.
My car was pretty banged up, front driver side fender, front bumper, and hood all damaged. It was a pretty ugly situation and my Fiancé was pretty upset and worried about her vehicle, but Tip Top finished the job quickly. It’s kinda funny, but the side that was smashed now looks better then the side that wasn’t.

Very happy with quality of work done at Tip Top. I had a rust issue with my chevy truck that GM would not cover. After several trips to different shops, no body was willing to work on it. I found TIP Top via Unilocal.Both Jose and Martin came right out and discussed what needed to be done, gave me a written quote which they stuck to and fixed a few extra rust issues at no additional cost. When does that ever happen! Looking at the truck now, you would never know a repair was ever done, looks just like it did when I drove it off the new car lot. Thanks again to all the friendly staff, GREAT JOB! :)

I believe in supporting the local businesses in the city of Ventura. When someone slammed into my parked car I needed a auto body shop. Tip Top was a few miles from my home. After visiting two other shops for estimates I choose them. They helped me get a rental, and did an Excellent job on the repairs. They returned my car in much better shape than before the accident by far. Jose, one of the owners made sure the highest quality job was provided. The Whole team at Tip Top were great to work with, and helped with the stress of my car being taken out of service.

Tip Top Body shop is the BEST! The staff here is very polite and professional. Their work truly is tip top. As a customer the owner was interactive with me. I felt I was getting the best possible price for the service provided. As a customer I requested a very tight deadline and they met it without lacking in quality of work! I will be getting more work done there very soon!

I recently purchased a new truck and sold my old one. I wanted to transfer my truck’s shell from the old truck to the new truck. It needed to be repainted to match the color of the new truck and I needed a rear split window installed also. I tried other body shops but they were all to busy or never returned my calls. Tip Top and more over Jose the owner, was very busy but was still very willing to help me out and extremely friendly and honest. He took the time to go over my options from low cost and what that would guarantee me and top of the line cost. I chose the high cost on the paint job and went with a used rear window for low cost which Tip Top found for me. Not easy to do, it took some time but Jose worked hard and found it. The staff here is very friendly and supportive and I loved hanging out and talking with them. Their work is superb. My shell matches my truck better then any camper shell company ever painted it (they ship them out so they can not match them exactly to your truck) and it cost less. The window looks like it has always been there. Jose and his staff are very knowledgeable and honest. There costumer service is a cut above. Hard to find in this day and age exceptionally in the Automotive Industry. I highly recommend them.

These guys are great to work with, are competent, friendly, and very fair with pricing. I had a bunch of work done on my van from major rust work to suspension overhaul. Martin and Jose were always a pleasure to work with, contacted me with updates and questions before proceeding with anything not agreed to upfront, and did a restoration that would have cost me twice as much elsewhere. Highly recommended shop.

This place is known reputable shop. Jose, the owner, will explain/​listen /​walk you through the process. Reliable and good detailing work. He also work with many insurances companies and made thing easier from the customer side. Many has recommended him.
