If I could give this office more stars, I certainly would do so. Dr. Skromme is the best eye doctor that I have ever had. He is thorough, caring and competent. He also takes the time to listen attentively and never makes you feel rushed. In addition, he has a wonderful office staff. They are friendly, helpful and they make doing business very simple. I highly recommend this remarkable business.

Formerly Pazen Optometry. Dr. Pazen passed the torch to Dr. Skromme, and couldn’t have picked a better choice. The whole staff is as good as it gets! Been going to this office for years, and the service and friendliness is unparalleled. Everyone in a great mood, have a sense of humor, willing to talk to you on a personal as well as professional level. Wide selection on frames to choose from, yet don’t try to sell you the more expensive ones, or upsell you on items. Class act through and through. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

If I could give a rating of more than 5 stars, I would. Rarely can you find an establishment where EVERYONE on staff is friendly & helpful, however, this office has accomplished this. Each of the optometrist assistants are sweet and patient when conducting their tests. They carry an excellent selection of frames, from affordable options to high-​end. I purchased a pair of glasses and continue to get compliments (the wonderful optician helped me find the perfect style and even asked the opinion of other kind staff since I was so indecisive!). And after my 1^st visit with Dr. Skromme, it became even more evident why the office has so many 5 star reviews: he is kind, attentive, informative, and detailed in his approach. He takes his time to educate you about your eye condition and you never feel rushed. As a practitioner in the medical field myself, I know how hard it can be to find a great doctor. Dr. Skromme is one whom I highly recommend.

Top notch from start to finish. Extremely knowledgable and friendly. The best and modern technology and always work with me to squeeze me in for last min appointment. The staff here are so sweet… I brought my 10 year-​old son in and the girl who did all the pre-​exam was so sweet and friendly with him. She interacted with him so well and made him feel very comfortable. Dr. Skromme was very attentive to my son and made his exam easy and even sent us a cool pic of his eyes which my son was excited to show off :) My son ended up getting a pair of glasses and it was so quick and easy because this office has an awesome selection of brands. Very pleased with the service here and I even made myself an appt before we walked out the door. Patients here for life!

I love Two Trees Optometry. From the moment you walk in they make you feel welcomed and are so helpful/​thorough during the entire visit. Dr. Skromme is the best optometrist I have gone to, I have worn glasses for 21 years and firmly believe I was in the wrong prescription until I started coming to Two Trees about 3 years ago. They have a wide variety of frames to choose from and all the girls are always so help when I can’t decide! Thank you for all the hard work that every single one of you put in to make the office as wonderful as it is.

Great experience with them, the office staff is friendly. The doctor takes his time and explains everything. It doesn’t feel rushed like he just wants to get to the next patient. The appointment was on time and I didn’t have to wait. When I came back to pick up my trial contacts he was able to get my in for a few minutes to check to make sure they fit correctly.

My appointment was on time. I like that they have you choose the «extras» (like retina pics/​tonometry) on paper so you don’t feel like they’re trying to sell you something. Everybody was super friendly and professional. Dr. Skromme was great, he even showed me a picture they took of a dog’s retina since I work in veterinary medicine. Little things like that make you feel like a person! He was quick, but in an efficient way. Choosing my glasses went smoothly. Everything was explained adequately to me and I left feeling confident about my prescription. I also appreciate that they schedule an appointment to pick up your glasses. Great experience. Will go again and will recommend to anyone looking for an optometrist!

Dr. Skromme’s staff is professional and friendly getting me an appointment the following week. In optometry time that is blazing fast! I was taken back for my exam first with all the state of the art equipment and then into the exam room where a mere 2 minutes passed before Dr. Skromme appeared. Very professional and informative, he answers all my questions I have about my eyes. I will keep this doctor as my needs are met and they also take Davis vision so I’m happy!

Went to Two Trees Optometry to order new glasses. The staff was so friendly and helped me out every step of the way letting me know which pairs were the most flattering for my face shape! They have an awesome selection and I absolutely love both pairs I got; I wear them every day! I’ve been wearing glasses 10x more than I used to and choose my glasses over contacts almost every day. Dr. Skromme is the best! Definitely recommend for your optometric office in Ventura!

I cannot attest to Dr. Skromme Optometry expertise because I was blessed with ²⁰⁄₂₀ vision, but I can say that as a human being Kris is a stand up guy. He’s someone you can always count on and I’m happy to call him a good friend. Plus he’s really good at kickball.

I have been visiting the optometrist for many years and by far two trees is the best. Dr. Skromme is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He was able to fit me with a great pair of glasses and I am extremely satisfied. He is definitely my EYE GUY for now on!!!

I had no problem getting a quick a appointment as I was out of contacts and needed some right away for my vacation. They squeezed me in asap. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and they helped me get the most of my insurance allotment. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I now will be taking my whole family here. Dr. Skromme correctly diagnosed my condition after 2 other doctors failed to do so. After completing the exam and prescribing medication, my condition (and the pain) was resolved within 48 hours. I recommend him completely without reservation.

I had an eye exam on Monday with Dr skromme and he was very personable and nice. He listened to my vision problems went over my eye issues and prescribed glasses to me. He took the time to make sure the prescription was good. It takes a couple weeks to get into see them, but it’s worth the wait. His staff is great! They helped me pick frames and they were ready within 3 days for fitting/​pick up!

It’s been years that I’ve been going to Dr. Pazen’s office. Both he and Dr. Skromme are wonderful! Very thorough, and knowledgeable. Dr. Skromme was very patient in answering all my questions during my most recent visit. All other staff are also warm and welcoming! I couldn’t be more pleased. :)

Dr. Kristopher Skromme gave me one of the best eye exams I have ever gotten. He has all the latest technology to evaluate eye health and is great at explaining what it all means.

I have been going to Dr. Pazen’s since childhood. They have had a few Drs through the years who have cared for me. The newest guy is great. Takes the time with his patients and seems to truly care for people. Coming from a customer service background allows me to appreciate the friendliness of this office and their staff. I can see Dr. Stromme/​Skromme (?) taking care of my kids for life.
