CPR Cell Phone Repair is in the business of restoring your digital life. We specialize in all forms of small electronics. We service cell phones (all makes and models — screen, charge ports and more), tablets, iPods and MP3 players, computer/​laptops (screens, virus removal, system installs) and game systems. Some repairs can be done in an hour while you wait. We also perform water damage repairs. All repairs, with the exclusion of water damage, include a 6 month national warranty on parts and labor. If you are unhappy with your current device we offer the option of trading it in for one of our refurbished phones with our buy, sell, trade and recycle program. Have an older iPod, iPhone or iPad not maintaining a charge, we can give it new life with a battery replacement. We can unlock phones. Amazing service
I took my laptop in to bestbuy because it wasn’t turning on and they wanted to ship it out for 3 weeks. I found this place and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. Definitely a thumbs up and a huge recommendation to these guys!

I was referred to this kiosk by a co-​worker for a screen protector. I went the cheaper route since I’m waiting on an otter box by going with the rubber protector instead of tempered glass. It didn’t turn out. It had a few bubbles that didn’t go away, so I went back the next day.
The gentleman there was happy to help, and offered me the glass for $ 5 more. In the end, the glass is lMUCH easier to install, and will protect my screen even better. I’m very happy with the end result.

They told me they had a part to fix my phone even after I very intentionally clarified my phone model. It wasn’t after I dropped my phone off and came back did I find out that my phone wasn’t repaired.
I had them order the part and priority mail it. I made it very clear that I had to have this prior to a business trip. I didn’t receive a call that the part made it in and when I called I found out that they hadn’t received it.
The lack of attention to detail and customer service makes it very difficult to do business with this location. Going to look elsewhere.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. They saved me hundreds of dollars when my LG G3 decided to stop working. If you have anything strong with your phone or tablet, I highly recommend you start here first.

I have nothing to complain about. They fixed my iPhone shattered screen in an hour and were very professional. I recommend this place if you have a broken screen and I’ll go here again if I have issues. :)

My iphone6 had water damage and they were able to get everything working again after they replaced a few parts. They lost one star because I had to go back a few times — I wish they had fully checked the phone (e.g last issue was that the volume buttons weren’t working, which could easily have been checked). Overall, great job for reasonable price

I usually don’t write reviews. CPR gave me a top notch service at a very affordable prices. My phone decided to die at very unfortunate moment for me. As it turned out the data has not been backed up to the cloud.
All my pictures, contacts, my texts, my info was gone.
CPR staff spent countless hours trying to fix the phone and restore the data. They went an extra mile to ensure that I receive a terrific service.
Att and apple geniuses gave up on my phone or wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for an inferior service.
If I or anyone i know will have a problem with my phone in the future, they must come the CPR store in Vernon hills. Highly recommended

I tried going to Gurnee Mills Mall to a phone repair place a friend recommended, she works for my carrier. Only to find out they have Only Apple, Samsung, and some HTC. Was told 5 – 7 day wait to order parts. I simply googled LG phone repair. Made the call. They had parts and offered same day service. I also learned they fix other products as well. Tablets, Xbox and PS. Got a phone call shortly after I dropped it off. They opened my phone and a plug was jarred loose and offered FREE repair. I gave them a gratuitous tip for Being Honest! Thank You

Great people, great service. This is the second item I have brought in to CPR.
The first was for cracked iPad screen (note: concrete wins a fight with an iPad screen everytime) They fixed it fast. A week later there was some erratic behavior in the screen. They actually tried several screens until the determined the concrete damaged more than the screen. The problem was more than what I asked to be repaired. They had every right to charge me more for the repair. They didn’t. Even after I insisted.
This time I brought in a less popular device. They were able to get the screen quickly and do another beautiful repair.
It is interesting that a business built around technology provided some of the best personal service I have had in many years.

They do NOT back their work.
The IPAD screen they fixed for me began to crack right along the edge & underneath the protective case!
I returned to the store and explained that the IPAD started cracking again even though it had not been dropped or mishandled, CPR’s response was, ‘this just doesn’t happen’ & ‘we just don’t see this.‘
The manager is also too cowardly to face disappointed a customer. All of this communication was done with a counter employee who was relying his bosses message back to me. They even offered me a discount on a 2nd repair attempt, needless to say I turned them down.

There is no way to go wrong with this place. Either you have to buy a new phone for 500 or fix it for a fraction of the cost. With kids I have been here several times and saved hundreds of dollars. My son dropped his phone in the snow for three months and we found it in the spring and they fixed it… ok lucky or not that was amazing.
My sister-​in law has also had similar experiences here and loves this place.

My poor iPhone 4s suffered from water damage and the bottom half of the screen was ruined. First, I thought I could try and fix it myself by turning it off and placing it in a bag of white rice. After 2 days, I tried turning it back on and it kept malfunctioning. I finally sucked it up and took it to CPR. I was quoted $ 45 for the initial assessment and an additional $ 35 if they were able to fix it. Fair enough. That beats the $ 300+ I would have to spend to purchase a new iPhone. I left my phone with them and came back about 4 hours later to check in. To my shock, they were able to fix the phone during that time and now it works perfectly! Thank you, CPR!

I’d misplaced my phone and bought a used Droid from CPR at a fair price and it functioned as new. I shortly after, found my original phone miraculously and realized I now had no use for the recently purchased one. I brought the phone back in within the allotted return period and was given a refund, no questions asked and no hassle at all. I regret having to return my product and creating a hassle for them, but because they made it hassle free for me, I will most definitely return for business in the future and recommend their services to my friends and family.

Amazing service! I brought 3 devices in at 7pm near closing time (one I didn’t realize the slot where you put the power just needed a good cleaning) and I had everything ready the next day by 10am. They were fast, courteous, and well worth the money spent.
I’m heading there today with a broken iPad. I’m SO happy to have a reputable place like this close, and that they fix it there. I’ve seen a couple other places, but it seems like they send it out. And they’re next to BoBo’s Gyros so if you’re hungry, what a better place to be!
