Canine Cloud 9

My dog has been going here for the past 2 year once a month to get groomed. Get prices and AMAZING Staff that loves on my dog Emmitt every time I bring him in. Best Groomers in the 757!

I started coming to Canine Cloud 9 because it is really close to my house so it’s very convenient. Like any full service grooming, it’s expensive. But if you’ve ever tried to bathe your 50 lb dog and do all the extras like blow dry, cleaning ears, dremel, etc, etc, you quickly realize it’s well worth it and they are doing a lot for that money. Anyway, the place is always clean, they are super friendly and most importantly my dog seems to like it there and he’s not the most outgoing dog. He smells GREAT when he comes home and the bath he gets here seems to last longer than when I’ve taken him other places in the past or have tried to do it myself at those self service shops. I used to be able to call in the morning and get him in that day or the next day at the latest, but now they are busier and are booking a week out usually, so make sure you call in advance!

Good service and they did a nice job with the cut, however it is very pricey. I think you’re better off saying you have a mixed breed, we made the mistake to tell them we had a Havanese and were charged $ 55 for a «Havanese long hair cut», but we don’t keep her hair long or fancy, nor was her fur extremely dirty or matted. We liked the cut she received but I think $ 55 is a bit over priced for a less than 12lbs dog and a very plain hair cut.

I have followed Becky in her career and am very glad she has established her business at Canine Cloud 9. She has been grooming my Yorkie and Havanese for years and they always look great when I pick them up. Her shop is bright and clean and her staff is second to none. Her groomers can customize the cut for your dog and will also consider the seasons for the best cut. I highly recommend Canine Cloud 9 and would not use any other groomers.

Becky and her team are amazing! My dogs have been with Becky for over 4 years now and we have never been happier! I tell everyone I know to take there dogs to Canine Cloud Nine.

I have to admit I rarely write reviews, but I’ve never been so impressed with a pet grooming spa in the 25 years I have owned cocker spaniels and simply have to give them 2 but things up!
The business itself is beautiful inside and my dog Jack never looked so good. I could truly tell he had fun hanging out with the owner Becky and her crew.

We love this place! We were in Virginia Beach, visiting from out of town and our pups were in dire need of some serious grooming! Everyone we dealt with here was extremely courteous. We were able to schedule an appt very easily and we were told to drop off our pups in the morning and pick them up before closing (a huge bonus considering we were able to get a bunch of dog-​free activities in like drinks and dining). Upon pick-​up, we were greeted by two very happy and dapper pups. They came out looking and smelling amazing — really excellent cut (the best they’ve had to date in fact) and the best part of all, they actually looked as if they had fun! Thanks Rebecca and all the staff at Canine Cloud 9! My only regret is that we’re not closer to stop by all the time. We’ll definitely drop in the next time we’re visiting!

First time visit and my dog Mimi loved it. she has a lot of anxiety whenever going to a salon or even the vet, but I could tell she was happy here at canine cloud 9. I loved that they can also make your dog a lunch for just 5 $ more. I would bring Mimi here again most definitely !

My daughter always takes our dogs to this salon to get them groomed. The dogs are familiar with it and feel comfortable. This is especially important for our Husky, who gets scared around new things. She dropped off the dogs at noon and didn’t get them back until 7 pm. If it was just the long wait that would have been one thing, but they only managed to fully provide service for one dog and claimed that our other dog was too nervous to have anything done. I didn’t believe their explanation because our husky always loves to go there and never had problems before. I found it very disappointing that my daughter had to wait seven hours for only one of our dogs to be groomed.

Thank you to Rebecca and her staff for taking care of my Chinese Crested/​Yorkie mix. Rebecca called to make sure she knew what kind of cut we wanted. Our dog loved the place he didn’t want to leave. I will definitely be coming back and thank my friend for her referral.

My babies love Becky and her staff. They are never scared to go and always come out looking and smelling great. You can tell they love dogs and the new place is super cute :)

I wish I could give Becky and her staff more than five stars. Our Pomeranian has been seeing her for almost a year now. I love that when you approach the building, you’re greeted by large, open windows that look into the grooming area. All the dogs roam around the spa. Everything is in plain sight which means that they have nothing to hide. Her staff will walk your dogs while they are there. Everyone is always friendly and happy. I’ve been to chain stores where the groomers always look grumpy. I cannot reiterate how amazing Becky’s customer service is. She remembers us and our dog. She also sends out promotional coupons not to mention our dog looks and smells great every time!

My 3 dogs have been seeing Becky (owner) for years! I have a golden retriever, a Maltese, and a husky mix! They have never come home looking and smelling so good! The employees are awesome and fun to talk to, the atmosphere is relaxing as the dogs get to run free instead of being locked in cages all day, and the grooming is top notch! They also offer amazing spa packages and solutions so almost and problem your dog has, paw soaks, mud baths, oatmeal baths, whirlpool baths, brown sugar scrubs, you name it ! I will never let another groomer work on my dogs!
