Delicious cupcakes, great and creative selection. However, they are closed Sundays and Mondays, both times I forgot and needed quality cupcakes for birthdays and had to go somewhere else :-/

I have a huge sweet tooth so I was very excited to accidentally stumble upon this place while out shopping. The prices were reasonable and they had a wonderful selection so I decided to get ½ dozen cupcakes because I just couldn’t make up my mind. I must say the presentation is spectacular! I posted a picture of my choices so see for yourself! The cake part of the cupcakes was great and I really enjoyed trying them all. I was a little disappointed with the frosting though. I felt that they all tasted the same and didn’t have a very creamy texture. Overall still wonderful though. I would go back to try some more!

There were a ton of options in the glass casing which made it difficult to decide which to try. Out of the 4 I selected, my favorites included the strawberry cupcake with strawberry buttercream and the almond wedding cake (I typically hate almond cake so that speaks volumes coming from me!). The frosting was my favorite part of the cake. It was very flavorful. The owner is very sweet, much like her cupcakes. This shop is at a great location right next to Target in the little strip mall. It also has parking right in front of the store which makes it easy to get in and get out in a hurry. The prices weren’t bad at 4 for $ 11 and she also serves coffee and lattes. Although I didn’t count, from my memory, I’d guess she had about 20 different kinds of cupcakes ranging from key lime to Oreo to passion fruit. It’s definitely worth a try if you’re in the area.

I have come here for birthday cupcakes, gender reveals and more and they are ALWAYS accommodating. Sweet and delicious, the cupcakes aren’t the only delicious menu item. I highly recommend the Wedding Cupcake.

We stopped in right before Christmas. Unlike the rest of the free world, we didn’t have holiday sweets around the house so I thought we’d treat ourselves. I had a coupon from the entertainment book, but they wouldn’t accept it because it had their old location address listed on it. I accepted that reason, but found it a little ironic when my 2015 book also has a coupon for them with the old location listed. I guess they won’t accept this year’s coupon either.
We ended up getting two parfait-​type cups filled with torn cupcakes layered with frosting. I thought it was a rather clever way for them to possibly use up cupcakes that didn’t turn out perfectly or didn’t sell immediately. The chocolate and peanut butter parfait we got was delicious and had a great balance of chocolate with peanut butter. The coconut cupcake and frosting wasn’t as impressive. The cupcake seemed dry and halfway through the frosting just tasted like highly processed sugar without any flavor. There wasn’t a very strong coconut flavor in that one. I would have liked it more if it had more coconut.
I would consider going back if I’m in the area and jonesing for something sweet. The appearance of the shop and the cupcakes was pleasant and clean, and service was fine. I just didn’t have any kind of «wow» moment, or even a «super yum» moment.

I didn’t realize a cupcake place was even in this plaza until my son said, «dance, dance,» from the car. I looked inside the store and it looked like a dance party was going on. I decided to take my two year old inside and I am so happy I did. I went on a Wednesday and that is happy hour apparently. They have loads of cupcakes to choose from, unlike most of the cupcake places in this area. The employees were very energetic and polite. They explained that they used to be the cupcakery in the Lynnhaven Mall but now have a shop that they can do more with. The do a lot of specials during the week like student discounts and military deals. We got two yummy cupcakes for a little over $ 2.00. It wasn’t the best cupcake I have ever had, but it was still yummy and my son gobbled his up. The frosting is just a little too generic to me, but the cake is delicious. Would recommend to friends to try.

We had some of your delicious cupcakes tonight at the appreciation dinner for the Green Run Youth Leaders — your cupcakes were not only beautiful but they were delicious! None left over :-)

Stopped in yesterday while having my pizza made next door at Poppa Murphy’s.
I spoke to the ladies inside who I recognized from the counter at the Lynnhaven Mall shop in the upstairs food court. They said they had just opened and were closing down the Lynnhaven location. It’s nice and spacious inside with nice new tables and some nice new display cases.
The décor and display areas for the cupcakes and sweets inside are nice and new, contemporary and clean.
Since they were just about to close in 10 minutes they didn’t have a ton of cupcakes left but there were enough for me to look and have some options. I chose to go with two small Key Lime Pie flavored ones and since they were about to close they threw in a third for free which was nice.
The three ladies working inside, two of who I think are the owners, were very friendly and we talked for a while about their store at Lynnhaven and opening this one.
I was always a fan of their little shop at Lynnhaven Mall, they had cute decorations and delicious cupcakes with really good icing.
When I tried the Key Lime cupcake later on at home it was AMAZING. Moist, fresh, delicious cake with some really yummy sweet lime icing with the perfect amount of sweetness… that icing made the cupcake. I wanted a dozen more right then! MMmmm!
I’ll be back in for sure! Hopefully next time I can take some photos of these yummy treats.
