Phenomenal yoga studio. Instructors are all knowledgable, professional, and personable. There are a large variety of classes including hot yoga, multi level yoga, yin you, pilates, and barre.
I was looking to get back into shape, and I am so happy with my mind, body, and overall well being after two weeks of attending different classes. All of the classes are appropriately challenging and rewarding.
They have an amazing intro offer — $ 50 for first month. Definitely check this place out if you are beginner, intermediate, or advanced.

Studio Bamboo is so clean and every one is so friendly. I use this studio as my secondary yoga studio but it would be my first choice if it were a little closer to my house. I’ve loved every class I’ve been to!

Studio bamboo is a wonderful place to practice yoga. All of the staff is extremely passionate about, not only the practice of yoga, but teaching and supporting all who come to class. I love that theres a good variety of times and types of class, whether you really want to work up a sweat or you just need a gently stretching and releasing of the days tension.
Bottom line, awesome place with a talented, caring staff!

This place is awesome. The facility itself is great and has everything you need. The instructors are friendly and always willing to spend a little extra time to get you to the next level. Workshops every once in a while keep things interesting, but they also have so many classes and times to choose from.

Each New Year I try something new — hot yoga, rock climbing, circus school, etc. last year circumstances led me to pre-​natal yoga at Studio Bamboo, which I really enjoyed, met some cool mama’s, This year my new thing is barre class. It’s been a zillion years since I’ve taken a ballet class but I wanted to increase my core strength after having my baby 6 months ago.
The class is good — doing pliés & leg lifts over & over is really challenging. There are a number of instructors & each one puts her own spin on the class, which I really like.
I still love the facility and staff members who are super friendly, and enjoy their workshops. It’s a great way to get my groove on!

I was fortunate enough to get in on the
deal they had here a while back. As someone who’s never done yoga I was excited to try it out.
The studio is extremely clean, serene, and well decorated. It feels like a true spa.
There is a great assortment of classes. I really enjoyed everyone that I took and learned a great deal. And I sure felt the pain (in a good way!!) the day after. A fabulous workout.
If I was still in the area I’d definitely continue going here — worth the price!

I absolutely love studio bamboo. It is the only large yoga studio I have ever attended, which made me hesitant at first, but the way it is arranged and decorated makes it feel very warm and intimate. The décor is beautiful, clean and soothing, and they have a small amount of retail right there. But the best thing about studio bamboo are the staff — I have taken classes by five or six instructors and each one has been amazing. They pay a lot of attention to the practitioners and try their best to give each member of the class individual help in an exceptionally kind, conscientious way. The girls at the front desk are also fantastic and helpful, and I always leave feeling energized and happy. Thanks, Studio Bamboo!
