This year we celebrated my daughter’s Sweet 16 Birthday and she didn’t want the traditional party but instead asked for a night out on the town with her closest friends and family. So I had to get creative to make this day exciting and the foundation for this «adventure» was our Black Pearl Party Bus from the Truffle Shuttle. This was definitely an amazing experience for ALL of the guests (I know that us adults had just as much fun as the tweens and teens) with every destination we had within our 4 hour time. I am so thankful for the awesome customer service from Mrs. Sara and most important the safe and fun ride from Mr.Michael. Everyone was so plelased and to see my daughters face light up on the party bus truly let me know that her Sweet 16 Celebration was a real success. Thanks again Truffle Shuttle and we are definitely looking forward to working with you guys again in the future.

I booked this service last week for a buddy’s bachelor party and I have to say everything was just outstanding. After calling another company and not getting my phone call returned, I called the Truffle Shuttle and spoke to a woman (Sarah?) who couldn’t have been more helpful in helping us get setup.
The bus was on time picking us up from hilltop and the driver was great, even making another stop that we didnt anticipate having to make. Everything inside was top notch and it really made for a great evening having all of us there without having to worry about who was having to drive where.
I will def be using them again as soon as I beat this hangover from Friday ! Highly recommended !!

Had them transport our wedding party after our wedding ceremony. We has a great time celebrating before the reception. The driver then transported our guests from the reception to the hotel. The shuttle was cool inside and they did a great job helping our guests get home safe. I would recommend for weddings or birthday parties!

Wonderful experience! I booked the Black Pearl for my husbands birthday with a group of friends. Melissa did a wonderful job of getting us to several local breweries and even made an extra restroom stop upon request.
From the beginning, the experience was perfect. I received all emails as stated by the company and everyone was great to work with!

The buses are beautiful but the service is mediocre to say the least.
I spoke with several reps for the company during the booking process and each one was nice so I was pretty certain that the experience would be great. Although I requested many times for the any documents and receipts to be emailed to me, I only received the receipts after the 3rd time that I asked. I asked about a contract and was told that we were all set.
Not true! The lady who drives the bus albeit rude, showed up on time with paperwork that needed to be signed. After having a few drinks, I definitely wasn’t expecting this especially since I’d previously asked if there was anymore paperwork that needed to be taken care of and was told no. I’m not even sure what the papers were since she just kind of threw them in front of me and told me to sign…
Our reservation was from 9:30 to 2. There was a very small disagreement on the bus which sometimes happens when there are intoxicated people involved. The driver pulled over called the cops and left the group on the side of the road.
Although I can understand her need to put the group off if she felt threatened, calling the cops was a bit much.
All and all, for the $ 900 that you’d pay for this service, I wouldn’t recommend this company!~
