History

Established in 1947.

At one time Cherry Rug Company, as we were then known, was the single largest rug cleaner on the east coast. As market conditions and consumer demand changed, Cherry Carpet has evolved into one of the largest and most trusted flooring retailers in the region.

Our staff shares a common focus for customer service based upon reliability, integrity, knowledge, and quality of work. Business Owner

Ross is a Portsmouth Virginia native and graduate of Clemson University. Since graduating he has been active in many areas of the company including marketing and sales and is now the company President. Cherry Carpet and Flooring is a locally owned, family owned business and Ross has been a major contributor to an ever growing and evolving culture and has worked hard to make carpet and flooring more affordable for residential and commercial clients while maintaining the highest standards in quality and service.
