This company did a great job. Its a bit pricey, but overall, you get your moneys worth. Great friendly tech came out, looked over the cleaning, gave me an estimate of the cost and did a wonderful job executing. I even had the grout cleaned in a couple of bathrooms that needed it badly. Didn’t know they offered this service. I would call them again.

This was the first time that I’ve had the pleasure of working with Allen’s Carpet Care and specifically Robert. I spoke with Ms. Esmeralda when I called the office and schedule date to get estimate of cleaning. Robert, the technician, came over and took a look at carpet. He really made an effort to work with me in all aspects of price and scheduling. Not only that but they guarantee their work! Robert came back to do the job and the carpet turned out amazing! They are worth every penny! Thanks again Robert and Esmeralda!

We are moving out of our rental and wanted to leave the carpet in the same condition we found it. We have two dogs and the two previous renters had multiple dogs. Needless to say, it smelled really bad in here. This is my first time using this company and I was thrilled. The tech, John, was so friendly and the entire house was done in 2hrs. Stains that were in the bedrooms before we moved in were gone and the house no longer smells like dog urine. I should have done this a lot sooner!

This is the second time we have used them and they did an amazing job yet again! I wish I would’ve taken before and after pictures.
We just recently bought a house and when we first saw the property the carpet looked to be in good condition but of course there was furniture in it. Once we did our final walk through, and all the furniture had moved we saw how horrible the carpet was. I wanted to try to clean it before it replaced it. And thank goodness we cleaned it! It’s looks 100% better.
We also had the tile and grout cleaned and again, Thank goodness we did that! If you are moving or even renting, think about cleaning the tile and grout. The color that it really is, is never what you think it is when you first see it. Originally it looked like we had darker grout. After it being cleaned, that was definitely not the case! Yeah, super gross.
They also have this super cool plastic door guard that they used to keep out mosquitos, flies etc. I was super thankful for that since today has been one of the few nice days and the bugs were out in full force!
Would I recommend? YES. Will we be using them again? YES! Your carpets and tile will thank you!

I contacted Allen’s DRY-​N-​CLEAN through Unilocal and heard back from Robert, the owner, within a couple hours with an explanation of services and an estimate. The price was on par with what Stanley Steemer would charge, based on their website. I love to support small businesses and you couldn’t beat the reviews here on Unilocal,so I decided it was a very fair price.
We needed to have the carpets in our home cleaned to meet the requirements of our lease agreement. There were no huge problem areas or stains. Within a couple messages back and forth, I had set up an appointment time that was convenient to me. Due to having a small toddler with a dire need for napping on time, I needed the service completed no later than 11:00 am.
Robert assured me that this would not be a problem. We were given an arrival window of 8 – 10 am (this morning, actually). Robert himself arrived to do the cleaning in a very clean, new van with clean, new equipment at around 9:00. I had received a text message from the business about 20 minutes earlier letting me know he was en route.
All 3 bedrooms, a hallway, a stairway and an area rug were cleaned to perfection and all equipment was out of the house by 10:45. Perfect timing!
Robert took the time to explain where the dark dust along the edges of the carpet and under the doorways was coming from (we need to change our air filters more often) and also left us with a spot remover to use if needed in the future.
He did offer a sanitizing service using Benefect, a natural sanitizer, but I declined as I am nearly 9 months pregnant and didn’t want to run the risk of being suddenly allergic to something.
Very knowledgeable, polite, prompt and courteous. I would recommend Allen’s DRY-​N-​CLEAN to anyone.

Exceptional service! After looking at a few Groupons and reading the terrible reviews for the companies offering those Groupons, we decided to switch over to Unilocal to find a company with better service. The reviews for Allen were excellent, the prices were right on target with the industry and we decided to go with them. So incredibly glad we did! We had pet stains, makeup stains and black stains around our floor vents on our white carpet. All the stains are completely removed! Robert was so nice and professional (and very patient and nice to our very annoying, barking dogs!!). We will use them again for our master bedroom!

I have 3 cats, 1 dog, & 2 kids. Had new carpet installed almost 1 year ago & needed the high traffic areas cleaned. It took about 1 hour to clean 1 large bedroom & large hallway. When done I was amazed at how great the carpet looked; like the day it was installed. Our tech John was friendly & professional. Will definitely use Dry n Clean again, I highly recommend them.

I’m a bit of a cleaning nut so I like to get my carpet cleaned every 4 to 6 months. It’s also necessary as I have two cats, one with a tummy issue that makes him leave little presents for me when his stomach is in distress. I had a previous carpet cleaning company clean it and needless to say, I was NOT impressed (Elliott, the guy who came to clean my carpet knew exactly who they were before I even told him). I liked their service as Elliott took the time to use a black light to show me all the problem areas not seen to the naked eye (which is also what I use, but theirs was much better) and explained to me the cleaning process. He also provided me with plastic booties to wear while the carpet dried and also gave me a free bottle of spot remover for any future «accidents» by my cat (which there was, 3 days after the cleaning! Grrrr!) I thought they were a little pricey when compared to other carpet cleaning companies I considered, but it’s a price I was willing to pay for the quality of their work and their commitment to satisfying the customer (Elliott said he would come back if any spots showed back up free of charge, and there were none). I also liked how they communicated to me when they were running a little behind (Only 15 minutes, he called) and the text messages to let me know he was close. I will definitely be using these guys again!

Couldn’t have had a better experience. My carpet looks new and I don’t have to worry about it being safe for my pets. Knowledgeable and friendly… will definitely use again!

I’ve used all those typical Val Pac specials over the years and come to find out it’s like they say «you get what you pay for «. These people are top notch. Well worth a slightly higher total. I’ll never go anywhere else now. The before and after we’re by far better than anyone else was able to do. Even old stains 3 other companies couldn’t clear up these guys spent an extra 10 – 15 min and got them up. They are AWSOME.

When the gentleman arrived to our home we asked if he also brought his wand because some of the stains in our carpet looked as if they could never be removed. After he was done we checked the carpet and to our surprise ALL of the stains were removed. Our carpet looks like it did when it was new 5 years ago. We were very impressed and will definitely be calling them again for our other property.

Allen’s Dry-​N-​Clean did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. Robert was friendly, knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable. I definitely plan to use them again in the future to keep my carpets looking good! They also have wonderful customer service! I would highly recommend them if you are looking to have your carpets cleaned.

We have two dogs and we’re moving out of a rental, and these guys did an amazing job getting the puppy stains and smells out of our carpet. Looked just like it did when we moved in 2 years ago!
A little pricier than we expected but definitely worth it, and Mr. Allen and his son are very pleasant, too.

These folks are EXCEPTIONAL! Look no further! They are honest, committed to quality work, extremely nice to work with — from making the spot to getting the work done. They quoted a price and they didn’t pull any tricky up charges. KEITH did AN AMAZING JOB! He was so thorough and made sure the carpet looked like new! (It truly did! See pics!). I will never go to another carpet cleaning company. I trust these folks completely. Icing on the cake: this is a green, eco friendly business. If I had more than two thumbs — they’d all be up!

Very professional and able to make the appointment quickly. They went above and beyond my expectations at a very fair price. Wonderful stain removal and even left me with some solution to use if our little princess/​monster/​dog has another accident. Will use them again and absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Have to say these guys are top notch. They answered the phone and was very pleasant. They were able to come out the next day to get my carpet and tile looking great. Also the price was what they quoted me over the phone. NOT like most carpet cleaning companies that try to up sell you on every little thing when they get here.

Michael was prompt. He assessed the carpet. It had been awhile since cleaned and had coffee stains. He explained the process but
was honest about complete removal of stains since I had already tried to clean it. This morning the carpet looks wonderful even with age. Michael worked hard and efficiently. Carpet replacement decision is on hold again thanks to Dry N Clean!
