All of our team members are ASE and ATRA Certified master technicians, and we offer a nationwide warranty through ATRA.

Business Owner

Jim is an ASE Certified Master Mechanic with 20 years in the industry. After his time serving in the United States Marine Corps, he received his formal training in Denver, Colorado, before moving back to the San Diego area.

I am so pleased by Jim’s knowledge and HONESTY. It is rare these days to meet someone who is honest about what needs and doesn’t need to be done in order to make a buck. I drive a Sprinter van and have been quoted various numbers to have a rebuilt transmission installed. Upon speaking with Jim, it became clear that a rebuilding my original transmission would be the most reliable and preferred way to go. When taken apart, all worn parts were replaced and everything was renewed. Afterwards, the van shifts like new and runs much better than before. Thanks Jim and the guys at the shop!!!

This place is great, guy was real knowledgeable and explained exactly why my truck wasn’t shifting right and fixed it for a reasonable price. Also, he was a veteran and gave me a military discount which I thought was cool cause I didn’t ask for one. Would highly recommend.

I have a 2001 Nissan Quest, the transmission die on me. James rebuild my transmission he even showed me the bad parts. He makes me felt at ease because I don’t trust s lot of mechanic. James is very reliable and his price was very great. The car runs great till now today. I don’t have any issued with my transmission, it have been 21⁄2 years now. I don’t usually write a review this late of time since my car have been in 21⁄2 years a go but I was so impressed with his work that I just have to tell everyone how great he is.
