The Laundry Room

This has been my go to laundry place !! Very clean, big washers and the dryers dry excellent. Only downside is if you come in 2 hours or even 3 hours before closing time, the employees especially the lady will chase you out. They are closing the gates 1 hour before closing time and turn people away.. This i find unprofessional and rude. I am very busy so sometimes I have to come in 2 hours before closing but I feel super rushed and can’t fold and put my clothes away like I’d like. Last time I was here there were 4 separate families washing and they close at 9pm on a friday. The guy working told us he would only give us 10 Minutes to finish. I had to throw all my clothes in the bins and fold them at home. Not sure if I’m going to be back. Not even grocery stores chase you out, they wait until you have finished shopping. I’d like to talk to the owner about this issue. They really need to close at 10 and not 9. The workers also move your stuff around because they’re constantly sweeping and mopping around you. It’s almost like the customers are an inconvenience to them, this has been my observation. Like I previously stated not sure if I’ll be back

Older lady that works there is very rude. If you get change before getting your laundry out of the car she confronts you and makes you want to never go back again. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this place.

I give this place 3 stars and here is why… first I like how clean the place is and its right next to lil caesars and In N out but the lady that works there grabs your laundry baskets and your laundry cart and puts them in the corner. That to me is just inconvinient because I like to have my laundry cart next to where i’m washing my clothes and not on the other side of the room. I also don’t like how the lady doesn’t let you wash your clothes without telling you that I have to wash a certain way. So this place loses 2 stars because of that. Don’t grab my baskets and just let me wash.

Place is clean, and it’s not as much to wash as it is to dry. However, there are signs that say free wifi but the wifi is not available or it is password protected but it’s not listed anywhere.

Why is the laundry attendant keeping the doors wide open when its freezing cold! She’s very rude should fire her! Otherwise clean laundry place…

TL;DR: Big washers and dryers. Has restrooms, folding service. Might save money if your apartments laundry room is expensive.
I usually come here because I can save money by using a 3+ load washer instead of 3 separate washers at my apartments laundry room. The interior is pretty nice, with a kind of Italy theme to it. They don’t have any of the regular top loading basic washers you’d find in a apartment complex, or a cheaper laundromat. All of the washers/​dryers are the 3+ load front loading kind, and do a pretty decent job of cleaning your clothes in timely fashion.
They have carts available for transferring your laundry from the washer to the dryer. It seems like they added some more areas to fold your clothes, because sometimes it gets really busy and people take up the entire folding area. There is a sink that you can wash your soap lids or try to get some stains out. There are separate mens and womens restrooms, but the mens room is always locked. Even when no one is there.

Wow, clean. Super clean. Nice tile floors and counters, bathrooms, and a sink (because not being able to rinse out the detergent cap is a mess). Have not used this place before, and just happened to see it while hitting the Tire Express, but will use them next time for sure.
Also, looks like the machines just take straight quarters, and not tokens. Another plus.

I like the high shelves to fold on but it’s a little weird when there are 3 little kids running around cleaning the shop & spraying/​wiping the counters like mini attendants. I’m all for kids learning chores, but not by doing mommys job at work. Make them do their homework if you can’t find daycare.

Main place I go to wash my clothes, super clean and inexpensive, employee is friendly, clean restrooms! there is a lil ceasars and In-​n-​out right by it, theres enough parking space. cant complain love this place…

If you’re like me and I’m like you and we collectively don’t have the luxury of an in-​home washer and dryer, The Laundry Room is a pretty good option for us.
Clean, well-​lit, attractive interior, friendly and helpful staff, and washers and dryers are up to date! (you know, not the old rusty white ones that you have to kick every once in a while to ensure they’re still operational). It’s respectable and most importantly not sketchy.
More on the staff, there is a VERY friendly woman that works here that I’ve encountered a few times. She’s always busy doing someone’s laundry (as that is a service provided here) but makes the time to ask you if you have any questions about how the machines work and assures you she’s around if you need any kind of assistance.
Little sitting area is nice. Like that there’s a dispenser for laundry bags, detergent, dryer sheets, ect. Flat screens a plenty if you ever want to occupy your time by watching TV rather than staring at your clothes going around in circles.
Would 5 star this place if a) the ATM hadn’t been removed and b) they hadn’t locked the restrooms: in the rare event that you CANNOT find someone working… just walk yourself across the street to In n Out: D

New laundromat in the area. Loving the space and cleanliness of the joint. There are LOTS of washing machines and dryers compared to the other ones I’ve been to. Only down side is that they close early. Washing can start from 2.50 to 6 and change depending on your load. And because the dryers are new they work quite well (which is to be expected of course) but they don’t seem to jip you on the dry time like mr bubbles.
