We bring our bulldog there for pedicure & everyone is always very friendly. We love the treat bar too

They were too scared to even try grooming my dog. Plus they acted like the didn’t want more work. Not very professional.
Went to my old groomers.

I don’t have a problem with stores not honoring OTHER stores online pricing, but their own? Come on.
I needed a few items and checked prices before I left the house and Petco had the best so off I went. When I got to the register much to my surprise the prices were different than I expected, when I showed the cashier my phone & the advertised prices online she went on a tirade about overhead and how prices can’t be matched. What? Okay? I guess, I understand the cashier can’t correct it, its a major corporation, but am I the only one who sees something wrong with this practice? Her immediate reaction and jump down my throatness clearly indicates she’s said all this before.
Also — you’re not an expert on my lifestyle, if I choose to shave my dog, I’m going to shave the thing. You don’t need to try and talk me out of it as if I’m branding the canine? I don’t care what his coat looks like as long as I can make sure there’s no ticks on him and he doesn’t have shit hanging off his ass.
Anyways, go down a plaza and another store not only matches online pricing but matches this stores online pricing. Basically, you lost a sale this time and moving forward over $ 15?

Definitely one of the best petcos I have been to so far.
It is large and I was able to find most of what I was looking for (pond equipment is tough).
The parking lot is big and even though it is on route 5, it is much easier to get into and out of than other places nearby.
They have all of the brand name accessories you would expect for — cats, dogs, birds, rodents, reptiles, and fish.
The staff was friendly and the prices are average for pet supplies.
If I had to choose a petco to visit, this would definitely be the one I choose.

I haven’t had any issues with this location. I love the rewards program. We only use Blue Buffalo for our dogs, and their prices are competitive and usually send us a coupon or have something in store for a few bucks off. Getting a free bag after you buy 10 isn’t so bad either! I plan on using their puppy training classes within the next month, so I will have to update once we are done.

I only go to Petco to buy kitten food.

This store is alright for a Petco. As Laura pointed out, they do run out of stuff frequently, but I can usually find something similar to what I want. The staff is very nice and they can do their jobs efficiently.

employees are very pleasant but the supplies need to be stocked up more. everytime i need something they seem to have run out of the item.
