We have two outdoor decks in our new house. One accessible from the living room and the other from the master bedroom. The one from the master bedroom was under utilized. We explored with a few contractors to convert the deck into a small room but none were willing to do the job. Things changed when I met Glenn Skidmore from California Sunrooms. He was confident that we could build a sunroom with the master bedroom deck. He got things moving quickly, including getting the engineering drawing and building permit application form completed. The permit process with the county was painful and lengthy but Glenn persevered till the permit was approved. He went the extra mile to help us with the permit. When construction started, Glenn’s contractor, Dan Barth, impressed me too. Dan’s workmanship is good, he is also reliable and punctual. Glenn has been helpful and professional from beginning to the end of the project. I am now enjoying my sunroom which I am using as my home office. It has a fantastic view. I highly recommend Glenn Skidmore from California Sunrooms anytime. He cares.

Debated for many years about adding a sunroom and finally decided to do it after meeting with Glenn. He explained so many of the nuances that I would have never considered. His design expertise came in very handy as I don’t have much of a creative eye. Construction was on-​time and on-​budget. It’s created a great year-​round entertainment space that is a focal point of my house. Can’t recommend Glenn highly enough for anyone considering this type of addition.

Our sunroom was completed today When we thought of converting our patio into a sunroom we looked at other companies’ work and were not impressed with the quality. When we toured the CA sunrooms showroom, we were impressed. From start to finish, we could not have worked with a nicer, more professional group of people. My wife and I interviewed three highly regarded general contractors and worked with an architect to gain perspective on a build-​out of a home office before calling California Sunrooms.
In comparing California Sunrooms to standard construction we determined that California Sunroom provided superior quality and a much better value.
We worked with owner Glenn Skidmore, a true professional. With 20 years of construction knowledge he designed a sunroom to best fit our needs and budget, without any sales pressure. Visiting the Walnut Creek showhome was a deal winner. My wife is a perfectionist (in a good way) and seeing their many styles in person furthered our well-​founded confidence. The quality of their Four Seasons product lives up to its name, where the home office is a year-​round hub of activity and comfort.
