This business was started in the early 1980’s with the goal to help clients reach their financial goals (minimize income taxes by effectively planning and taking all available deductions). We continue with the same mission (help our clients with all their financial needs). We continue to be a one stop shop (accounting, payroll, income taxes and sales & use tax returns preparation).

Over twenty years of combined experience in tax accounting compliance, provision, research, planning and audit/​controversy with small to large fortune 500 companies. Adept at designing and implementing innovative tax planning strategies and integrated software solutions to ensure compliance with global tax regulations, maintaining internal controls, driving continuous process improvements, and reducing overall corporate tax liabilities.
