I used Mike for my taxes after I had a TERRIBLE experience with one of the major national tax preparers. They were trying to charge me an arm and a leg ($ 500) because they needed to use «extra forms» and then tried to haggle the price with me. My taxes are not hard or too complicated so I was appalled, and walked out very upset. Then enters Mike. He did my taxes quickly, efficiently, thoroughly and got me almost the exact same amount back with a much lower price tag. It was also a much better overall experience. I’ll be going back this year for sure.
