I have been looking for a life insurance policy for a few months now and Kathy took the time to sit down with me and explained all the options in detail. Feeling confident in her knowledge and what would work best for me, I decided on universal life policy. I got my first credit card with Stephanie at John Villanueva’s office. I never considered a credit card, nor was I aware State Farm had a bank, until a short conversation with Stephanie at school. I met John and he emphasized the importance of establishing credit at a young age so I decided to apply for the Student Visa card. John and his staff have always been so helpful and patient with me.

I was referred to Steph a few months ago for a vehicle loan by a friend that got a vehicle loan through her as well. I didn’t even know State Farm did vehicle loans nor was I aware State Farm is also a bank! I walked into the office and was greeted with smiles by Steph and the other team members. While I was waiting, I was offered pastries, coffee, & water. Steph then introduced me to John who is the owner of the office. John is very passionate about what he does and it shows as soon as you sit down with him. He’s very informative and you can tell he really cares about his customers. I walked out that day with more information than I expected. I also walked out with more than just a vehicle loan. We started my auto insurance & a State Farm Rewards card. Thank you to John, Steph, and the office for showing me what insurance and great customer service is really about!

He went over my policies and explained the unnecessary charges and lowered my bills. He’ll keep in touch and whenever anything changes he’ll make any updates.
