Daniel L. DuRee is a compassionate attorney and legal counselor who understands not just the legal issues, but also the complex family dynamics involved in the estate planning process. Daniel’s practice focuses on wills, living trusts, probate, and estate planning. He is a member of the State Bar of California Trust and Estates Section, as well as the Contra Costa Bar Association Conservatorship, Guardianship, Probate & Trust Section.
Daniel earned his Bachelor’s degree from The University of California Los Angeles and his Juris Doctor degree from The University of California Hastings College of the Law. He is a third generation resident of Contra Costa County and graduated from De La Salle High School. Daniel will guide you to your estate planning goals, whatever they may be.
