Steven Klamm is certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialists as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Less than 1% of all attorneys practicing in Contra Costa County are certified in this specialty.

Mr. Klamm specializes in preparing wills and revocable living trusts, probating estates and advising trustees on the administration of trusts. Mr. Klamm provides advice and expertise on the implementation of a wide variety of tax sensitive strategies including: formation of family limited partnerships and limited liability companies; establishment of trusts for children and irrevocable trusts of all types. He also advises clients regarding guardianships, conservatorships and financial elder abuse.

He received his law degree from Golden Gate University in 1982 and was admitted to the California State Bar in the same year. In 1983 he earned his MBA in Taxation from Golden Gate University California.
