I purchased a coupon from Living Social for a carpet cleaning. «Johnnie» was at least 2 hours late and finally arrived with some kind of big contraption, evidently for the carpet. He spent the first 15 minutes trying to upsell us but we did not want that. In a surly manner he got the big contraption going and went over the carpet. It had a few small spots when Johnnir got here and the same spots were there when the carpet dried. We have had our carpet cleaned many times and have always been satisfied and it looked and felt clean. This time, I said it looked like he used dirty water. What a scam!

Dan the owner called me and apologized for the mishap. He has a lot of integrity and passion for his business. He offered to clean my carpets at my new residence. I no longer have carpets, so Dan offered to clean one for my family member. My auntie called him directly as he instructed and the date is set for this week. Thank you Dan!

Purchased 5 room steam cleaning and deodorizer on Living Social for $ 60, carpets were cleaned well and even offer to do a small room as a bonus, BUT know there is an upsell, $ 55 more per room if you want Deep Clean, of course you do and they will suggest you need it.
I was given a deal of only $ 40 more per room, for a total of $ 200, less the $ 60 I already paid on Living Social.
I’m not sure how you don’t deep clean with the same machine? But the carpets looked and smelled great! Omer said it would take 1.5−2 hours, he was done in about an hour and 10 minutes. Good work, just don’t get fooled by Living Social price.

Yotam was great, very friendly & professional!!! Called to give me a 20 min heads up, arrived 15 minutes earlier than scheduled appt time, was quick at getting the job done and removing all the stains! It’s like brand new carpets again. We had a pretty bad spotted area and He was able to get ALL stains out! Thanks so much! Would highly recommend!

Booked through a living social a carpet cleaning deal. When they arrived first they said they would have to charge extra to clean the carpeted stairs in the hallway. Told them the stairs were part of the common area in our building. Then they said it would be their regular price of $ 159 to clean our two rooms since the carpet was stained less the $ 39 we had already paid on living social. We said we just want the basic steam clean that we bought on living social. They refused but lowered their price to $ 119 less the $ 39 we had already paid or a total of $ 80 more. Spoke with the supervisor Dan and asked him to honor the deal. He refused. Canceled the appointment and they told us to get our refund through living social.

Dimitri came out to clean our carpeted stairs, bedrooms and hallway. He took the extra time to apply the muscle to remove old dirty stains on the stairs that my two toddlers caused. Pink, purple, brown colors— now no more. Great carpet cleaning and I’d recommend to anyone needing the steaming service. Now we can have guest without the embarrassment of dirty carpets.
