SRS Construction is a Licensed and Insured General Contractor serving Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Pleasant Hill and surrounding areas. We specialize in residential remodels and commercial TI’s. We handle carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile and wood floors, interior finish carpentry, new windows, painting, appliance installation, roofing and foundation work etc. Our project budgets typically range between $ 8K-​$ 150K and we handle any necessary permits. During the last 18 years, Shawn S. has served as a Licensed General Contractor with many clients in Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Pleasant Hill and surrounding areas. Shawn specializes in remodeling single and multi-​family residential projects, and build-​out of commercial tenant improvements. His typical jobs have budgets ranging from $ 8,000 to $ 150,000.

Shawn is the son of a carpenter and grew up in the trade. He has extensive experience with plumbing and electrical, as well as framing, foundation, and all interior carpentry and finish work. Shawn very much enjoys working with his clients to bring the transformation they are seeking to reality in a timely and cost effective way.
