David B. Stromberg founded Stromberg Law Firm in 1998. He had previously been a partner in a mid-​size Walnut Creek law firm since 1992. His diversified law and mediation/​arbitration practice focuses on the areas of real estate litigation, construction disputes, business and commercial disputes, accountant, lawyer, broker and design professional malpractice defense, and mediation.

Mr. Stromberg is a formally trained commercial mediator, evaluator and arbitrator, facilitating dispute resolution (mediations, arbitrations, and neutral evaluations) in the business environment and for individuals since 1994, both privately and in conjunction with the Contra Costa County Superior Court’s ADR programs; the Alameda County Superior Court’s ADR programs; the Santa Clara County ADR programs; and the California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District appellate mediation program.

Mr. Stromberg has been practicing law since 1979. He previously was a partner in two mid-​sized law firms and was the head of the litigation practice group.

Mr. Stromberg formed Stromberg Law Firm, Attorneys/​Mediators in 1998.
