Just picked up my car with my new transmission in it and had to write this review because this shop was great and very efficient. Steve quoted me a very fair price and had my car back to me a day earlier than I thought he would. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them highly. Very fair and honest

I found these guys on Unilocal and made an appointment for a transmission service first thing the following morning. I woke up and I wasn’t able to coordinate dropping my car off, and they easily worked me in later in the day. They gave me a quote over the phone of $ 225 and my car would be ready by 3:00. I ended up getting there at about 11:30, got picked up, had lunch and by the time I got home (1:00) the car was ready! Steve and Joe worked together through their lunch to get it done. That’s customer service! Upon arrival back to the shop, I was only charged $ 205, and my car is a very happy camper. I recommend Transmission Professionals, for SURE! And I will definitely be back!

I took in my wife’s old Subaru Legacy on its last legs and had a new transmission installed. The price was probably greater than the value of the car, but my wife loved her Subaru. The first replacement went bad; lots of vibration and very little power. We took it back and they pulled apart the new transmission and fixed it. A year later the car still runs but the transmission was never right and it makes horrible noises as it is tearing itself apart.

My car broke down in a different city, far… far away… UUuggghhh…
The mechanic quoted me a cost that I thought was crazy high so I called a Steve.
Steve checked out the info, did some research for me and gave me some «facts» that I was then able to use to get the guy to lower the quote by $ 400.
Even though he knew he didn’t have my business this time, he went above and beyond the call of duty to help out a girl who is clueless about cars, and helped me get a good and fair price.
He has earned my trust, and is clearly one of the few honest guys in this industy.

Needed a transmission service for a 17 year old Saturn that had never had one before, and they met and then exceeded my expectations. They were courteous and professional just like their name says. We got a pretty good deal too (cheaper than the competitors out there) and on our tight budget it was definitely a big help! They were informative, but not overly so. And our «Isis» (yep the car has a name!) is now shifting smoother than she was before! I’m definitely going back there when I need any work done that they’re capable of doing! Love em!

Seemed professional and nice. However, unlike other reviewers (who said they paid $ 100) I was charged $ 200 for transmission fluid change.

My transmission was slipping and shuddering even after it had been checked out by another mechanic. I Unilocaled and liked what I saw about Transmission Pro. Called them on a holiday in the morning, they were open and said to bring it on over. These brothers are very professional, correctly diagnosed the problem, got the parts and had me back on the road the next day. My car is running great and they ddn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I will be referring to everyone I know and even if I don’t have a transmission problem, I’ll be checking with them first to get an honest and accurate assessment.

My son’s 1994 Explorer was having severe transmission problems. Steve said that 2^nd gear was gone and that there were metal pieces in the case. Partial rebuild $ 1100. AAMCO estimate? $ 2400. Trucks been running great for over a month. Good pizza recommendations also.

Great guys who really helped me out in a pinch. Bought a
replacement Chrysler transmission from them over
two years ago for my Dodge van that lasted over
125k of heavy driving. (I do a lot of driving
and believe me, the 125k was a lot to
get out of my 2^nd trans, even if you
believe it should have lasted
longer. The original only
lasted to 115k.)
Anyway, they have really taken care of me and I’m sure
will do the same for you. And they love good food.

cheese steaks from one of the
Cheese Steak Shops. (-;
Seriously, bribes not necessary. These fellows are honest,
nice guys and do great work.

Just got my automatic transmission oil changed. Cost exactly $ 100 like he quoted, way cheaper than other places, and steve was very fast and professional. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this place.
