Vesu, located in the heart of downtown Walnut Creek, brings a globally-inspired menu in a contemporary setting, creating a friendly neighborhood vibe.
Executive Chef Robert Sapirman, a graduate of Johnson and Wales University, has worked in the kitchens of Michael Mina’s Arcadia Restaurant and Bradley Ogden’s Parcel 104. At Vesu, he presents an approachable and flavorful menu that showcases his passion for utilizing local, farm-fresh, seasonal ingredients.
The space features striking architectural elements as eucalyptus wood and brushed aluminum metals wrap the façade and the bar/lounge. Sliding glass windows surround the perimeter and retract seamlessly when open. The interior décor gives the space a traditional yet modern, eclectic feel. The various dining areas offer something for everyone.
Vesu also features a bar program with specialty cocktails and an extensive wine list.
