Let me start off by saying I love this place. Dr. Wolters and his crew are top notch. I trust these guys… and girls with my life!!! Ive had everything from fillings to extractions and let me tell you they take care of business. Ive called them in tears from the pain and they always made me feel better from the phone call to the dental work… they even offer emergency service!!! (If your like me that comes In handy)!! I live across the bridge so I take the extra time/​gas/​bridge toll to commute to these guys, they’re that good. One thing I love about going there is that they take care of the office its always clean!!! That place must be dusted and vacuumed every night, that really got them points with me! They take many of healthcare plans and if your like me with dual insurance they got you covered!!! Ive tried other dentists and let me tell you they cant compare to what Dr. Wolters and his crew offer. I hated going to the dentist for many years and let me tell you he changed that around!!! I highly recommend this practice and if you just gave them a shot I know you will too!!! Thanks Dr. Wolters for everything… I will be in for a cleaning soon!!!

The staff is always very kind, professional, and I never have had to wait past my appointment time. The hygienist’s and two dentists I have seen (Dr. Wolter and Percopio) are very considerate of my comfort. They always generously answer my questions and concerns I have had about procedures I had as well as general oral care questions. I will stay with this Dental Office as long as my insurance allows.

Dr. Wolter has been my dentist for over 15 years. It’s over a 30 minute commute and well worth it! My friends and family think I’m crazy for driving this far and can find someone closer but I always tell them you just don’t understand. He is the best dentist anyone can have and well worth it! I highly recommend him.

Dr. Wolter has been my dentist since I was in grade school.
He is highly qualified, efficient, and personable. I’m not the easiest patient to work with, but Dr. Wolter has always done his best to reduce my discomfort. The 3D TV goggles that he used to let me use during my appointments were pretty cool too.
So why only 4 stars? The front desk staff never seems to remember my name even though I’ve been a patient for over a decade (the same two ladies).

Okay, first off let me say that not only do I not love going to the dentist but I have a true fear of them. Dr. Procopio and Nelly have changed all of that. She deals with my phobia so perfectly that I am now going in on a regular basis to take care of my teeth. She never makes me feel bad about my fears or my past neglect and I’m so thankful that I’ve found her!

I had an issue with Dr. Wolter office regarding a crown. They did a crown a few years back and it came off. for whatever reason I needed a new crown and it was going to cost me over a thousand dollars. He contacted me after I wrote an email regarding it and he was more than willing to accommodate a new crown free off charge. There still is people who care in this world! I definitely recommend this dentist to folks. At first I was a little angry the fact it happened but he was awesome about the whole situation. Couldn’t ask for a better dentist on your teeth.

Let me preface by saying, like the majority of the world… I am not a fan of dentists. However, Dr. Procopio is a gem… she is kind, gentle, and sensitive to the needs of giant scaredy cats like myself. I was very nervous about my procedure but she took the time to set me at ease and answer all of my questions. In the end the pain was nonexistant and it was all over very quickly. That’s how I like my dental appointments… fast and painless. Go see Dr. Procopio!

I was recently contacted by Dr. Wolter regarding my post. He expressed honest and sincere concern for my experience at his office. He told me that he wishes that he had known about the experience sooner, but there were some problems (which he was fixing) that had prevented him from getting my correspondance.
Dr. Wolter offered to fix my problem area for free, but I had already had the issue taken care of elsewhere. Dr. Wolter and I settled on an alternative and I am now happy with the resolution to this issue.
Although I wish the experience had been different, the way that Dr. Wolter corrected the situation shows me that he truely cares about his practice and the service they provide. My only regret is not going in to speak to Dr. Wolter in person. Perhaps if I had done that, this issue would’ve been resolved long ago.

I actually don’t mind going to the dentist and now, my husband and I go together for our regular cleanings. Kari the hygienist is great … my only regret is that I have her fingers in my mouth and I can’t talk as much as I’d like. Dr. Wolter and Dr. P (forget her name.) are great, too. That latter worked on my father while he was out here visiting from NY and lost part of his tooth. They took him right away. All in all, a very comfortable, clean, and professional establishment.

And really, who can be a fan of going to the dentist?
Have been going here for nigh on 10 years… Always professional, always efficient. The dentist I used to go to before I came across this practice was pushy and was always looking for ways to maximize my dental insurance to his advantage which was why I left after the first year. Answers all my questions from receptionist, hygienist to the dentists’ themselves.

This used to be my dentist. However after He «created me a mouthguard for $ 800 that was useless from day one. It made me naucious at night when I was to wear it. I asked them to adjust it, they feebly tried. So after using ALL my insurance on my first visit. Then when I NEEDED work. You can guess the rest. Plus they arent the frendliest people behind the desk either. The lady that cleaned my teeth was nice, but the Doc, unfriendly and had bad breath.
Very disapointing.
