We recently worked with Attorney Sol for the purchase of our new home as well as sale of our current home and the whole process went very smooth. There were times when we reached out to Sol over the weekend as well and he was very responsive even accommodating some last minute requests that we had due to special circumstances in our case. My wife and I have been clients of Cohen & Sales since 2003. During the last 8 years, Sol and Jessica have helped us purchase 3 homes and sell 2 of them, they have helped us create our living wills and springing guardianship for our children, they have assisted us in resolving several legal issues that have come up along the way and they helped us put together an extremely complicated agreement to build a new house which went exceedingly well because of their sound counsel.
They are at all times pleasant, they are always precise and, most importantly, they work hard to understand our needs and represent us in the most admirable way possible. They never lose an opportunity to go the extra step for our best interest.
Recently, I called Sol regarding a letter from a tax company pertaining to a property we sold last year. Sol and his team researched the matter and resolved the issue. When I called to be sure they would send a bill, Sol explained that he considered this a part of the transaction. I was pleased, but not amazed.
